Dear Don, We prioritize guest comfort and maintain a proactive maintenance schedule for all our units. To clarify the timeline of your stay, we were not notified of any concerns or an early departure until late on the 18th. We immediately issued a refund for the remaining days of your reservation before even performing an inspection. We were unable to verify the unit was vacated until the morning of the 19th. Our maintenance team was dispatched immediately on the 19th for a thorough walkthrough and did not find evidence of the issues you described. Since your stay, the apartment has been occupied by a long-term guest for three weeks with no further reports of mold or any other issues. We appreciate your feedback.

Thank you for your response, as for the property needing some repairs, would you forward me a list or an item that is in need of repair, so that it may be addressed. I do not want any looming repairs that are not addressed for future guests. I am sorry that you were not completely satisfied with the property.

Sorry about the listing had some missing components, I did not know I had a desk or chair in the listing, I search for that and will remove as well as the mystery hot tub that I would have never knowingly misrepresented. I had plenty of kitchen lines at my place and would have brought them down, if I was asked. I also had the toiletries in my house. I certainly do apologize for not stocking the Apartment prior to occupancy, again I have a bunch of that upstairs. . I was not aware of the shortage of dishes, as I personally did not inventory that either. I have no excuse for that. I should be dinged for that, as I should have checked everything prior to your arrival as I have plenty of stock on site. Had I only known I would have remedied that on day one. As for transportation to and from the property, I always say that I would pick people up and go to the store on the way in and did offer weekly grocery runs. However, most guests offer to give some taxi fare for that. Again, I do apologize for any misconception in that matter. Sorry I did not meet your expectations.
