Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location, good price

We enjoyed the slower pace of this end of gulf shores. Parking under our unit was a nice benefit. A/C and balcony railing needs work. Overall we had a nice stay.

Gulf shores standard

Solid unit. No frills but all you need. Comfy beds. No wifi was the only drawback. Can see the Gulf and the bay from the balcony. Odd entrance but not a big deal.

Not like it looks listed!

Very disappointed in what we thought we had booked versus what it looked like when we arrived. Sheets had stains, curtains had stains. Needs to be updated. Lights seem to have a short in them. We will not stay here again and we don’t recommend.

Sea oats D204 - better off with a hote

The furniture in this place was bought at a half off sale at dollar tree. Rust, missing paint, worn out furniture and doors that looked like they had been through three hurricanes was the theme of this rental. The photos on the website were severally lacking in there accuracy and were quite outdated. Also, what rental doesn’t offer WiFi and why? To save $60 a month? That is another theme of this rental, cheap as cheap can get. Do to this experience, I will never be returning to Sea Oats again. You are much better off with a hotel room.

Terrible condo experience

Floors covered with sand on arrival. Bed sheets had sand on them on arrival and also had stains. Air conditioner could not remotely keep condo cool. No wifi. Very few kitchen utensils. Decor looked to have been bought for a total of 100 dollars at Salvation Army store. Bathroom sinks took forever to drain. Overall the cleanliness was disgusting. No blinds on bedrooms windows/sliding glass doors so that amplified to heating of unit. Not worth the cost. Will not recommend or stay in this unit again.

Looks can be deceiving

When I saw this listing it appeared to have everything I needed. However reality did not meet expectations. 1 Our patio view Maint looks at the neighbors. 2 We had no WiFi and 4 kids. 3 The pullout would not work properly. 4 The blow up mattress did my work. 5 AC would not cool it down to 80f in the living room and 85f in the master. 6 The master door would not lock and when it was shut you could see light between the door and the frame. 7 When we were on the patio at night we would be accosted by bats!! While the location is great it is definitely not worth the price. Make sure this one is not on your short list.

Horrible experience

Condo was not as described, dirty, broken furniture, peeling paint on walls, clogged shower drain. Lost a weeks worth of groceries due to non working refrigerator discovered our first morning. Called daily about refrigerator, assured daily it was going to be fixed and we would have a working refrigerator. A “loaner” very used refrigerator was brought our last day, plugged into the living room and non-working refrigerator left as well. Multiple attempts for changing accommodations were put off and we were repeatedly told we would have a working refrigerator. We have been told we would be compensated but also have not received anything for lost goods and for property being falsely advertised.

STAY AWAY Place is not what I expected

I will preface this by saying I drove 15 hours to get to this unit. The location of this place was fine, just across the street from the beach. This unit does NOT have WiFi. When we called we were told that it had been removed from the listing. However, its just not listed unless you go to their site. Then it will have internet marked off. Being 2023 i had assumed this place would have WiFi. The place was not the cleanest, stains on the mirror and shower tiles has this black buildup between them. There is no hot tub in the pool area and the pool had paint chipping off. This paint would also rub off onto your skin. Everything felt very cheap in this unit, which is fine for what I paid but after everything else I was feeling mislead from what was advertised. Had I known about this ahead of time I would have booked somewhere else and would recommend anyone else to do the same.

The best way I can describe this unit is efficient. The things we did like were the nice tile floors, and it had nice granite countertops. The beds were comfortable. The location was okay, giving you a partial view of the lagoon and a partial view of the ocean. It was centrally located in the multi condo complex. The second level was quite the haul up the stairs with all of the luggage and such. We were disappointed in how broken down the living room furniture was. There was even a picture on the wall that appeared to have electrical tape hanging off to the side and pressed against the wall, making you feel that there was not much care in appearances. The closet door to the AC and furnace was filthy with layers of dust. The kitchen was lacking a bit. The items we hoped to find that we did not, include m, a pizza pan, pizza cutter, scissors, cutting board, and more than one frying pan. The dining table and chairs were also very cheap and the table top had torn up bubbles in the laminate. We stayed here during a group event and had multiple families in different units, which worked out great. We were disappointed to hear that most other unit’s had a storage closet that contained beach equipment like chairs, umbrellas, and things of that nature. We would have been happy to just have one that was empty so that we would have a place to hold our equipment. Definitely could use a fresh coat of paint too. Everything did appear clean, except that ac/furnace door, which was in the main living area making it more obviously dirty.

Room was nice. Had dirty spots on walls. Could not get in contact with property manager about questions. Couldn’t connect to WiFi.

Great stay!

Great place, and great location! Pretty spacious for our visit, which included 6 people. Nice sized kitchen area, and nice deck to sit out on. Definitely would stay here again!

This is an older property and not located on the beach side, but it is a short walk across the street. Nice stay for the price.

Gulf shores

Nice little condo which was in a great location. Good for our family of 4 for spring break. One of the pools was being worked on but the other was not crowded, and the beach was right across the street.
