The fully-equipped kitchen will have you covered when mealtime comes around and the living room provides an inviting place to unwind, watch TV, and create timeless memories with your loved ones. When the sun goes down, be the star of the party and show off your bartender skills by making delicious drinks and cocktails in the wet bar.

Things to Know
Two cars per reservation are allowed with the exception of one car allowed during the weeks of Memorial Day and July 4.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 6.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This location can't be beat with the pier and central location to all there is to do in Orange. This condo does need a facelift as the comments before me noted and it is a tad dated. However it also was the best price for the 3/3 condos listed in this location and the beds were super comfy and blankets/sheets/towels were all nice and thats really all you need and the patio furniture was top notch as well. I wanted this location for the best price and I wasn't bothered by the dated fixtures/flooring. It have a hair dryer so bring one if you need it & the patio door takes quite the effort to open and close are really my only complaints.

Girls trip

Every year we come to the beach. We like this location for it's convenience and beautiful beaches! We loved the private pier, great water pressure, kitchen, every bedroom has a veiw of the water, plenty of space for us. We only had a problem with the sliding doors from the living room and master bedroom. They were difficult to open so we pretty much only used the door from the queen room. We did email the host but it wasn't addressed while we were there. We would return to this location if the doors were functional. The front door has only 1 key.

We loved our stay. The views of the beach from this condo were amazing! Spacious. Clean. Bed was comfy. Patio furniture was nice. Access to the pier was an added bonus. Would of liked to of had a few more towels available in the bathroom. We hope to come back again for a longer stay.

Very nice but could be better

Check was very easy, good communication, but only one key which is difficult if you split up. The view is great, and there was plenty of room. Decent kitchen. The floors still had sand on them, and there is only one extra trash bag for the main trash can. The queen bedroom had a high traffic trail in the carpet, and the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. The toilet paper was as cheap as you can get. The a/c would not keep up and ran constantly to keep 73 degrees. I called about it and talked to very nice and polite people but no one came to check it. It was a decent place, but for what you pay a night for it, I would expect better.

Hi- we had a wonderful stay. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. I will say the carpet was a bit dirty and the master bed wasn’t very comfortable. The gym and sauna are still closed. Other than that, everything was very clean and centrally located.

Nice Place, but..

This is a very nice place. Great view, which is the priority here, and plenty of room. it is on the sixth floor so it is not too bad getting in and out. The air conditioner will not keep up if you open any doors, it ran non stop to stay at 73 degrees. Floors were dirty and the queen bedroom carpet had a brown high traffic stain, and the bathroom for that room was filthy. So overall it was a nice place to stay if you can handle the dirt and sand or the 50 cent toilet paper. For what you pay, it should be better. When I called about the a/c the people it talked to were all very nice and super polite, so no problem there. This may be just a case of poor housekeeping or profit taking by not keeping the place up.

Orange Beach Vacation

Overall, this place is a positive. I wish it was a little cleaner (mainly the floors/carpet stains). Also, the dryer and fridge do not work well but they are still functional. Also, there was not an ample amount of hand towels. The location and view from the condo is great. There is a private pier and beach entrance.

Wonderful property

The view from this condo was amazing! It had everything we needed. The dryer has a hard time drying clothes (we had to put it on for more than 3 times and the clothes were still a bit damp), but the rooms were big, we had plenty of bedding and towels, and the ice maker came in handy. The furniture was functional but could use some updating (the fabric was very faded from the sun, the outdoor table had rusted areas). Overall, I would definitely book here again.

Not impressed

Was told wonderful things about this condo complex, great location, beach access and pier. But this particular condo didn't impress me. The photos must have been old ones. The carpets in all the bedrooms were all stained and dirty looking. The condo was dated looking with the mirror wall and all the closet doors being mirrors. A lot of big furniture in all the rooms that took up space. The kitchen faucet was very loose and the refrigerator did not get cold and the ice maker in refrigerator did not work. And no I didn't report these things when I arrived because I don't want repairmen coming in when I may not be there and I don't want to schedule repairs during "my time". Overall, I was not impressed.

Orange Beach Awesome

Very nice visit. Less crowded beaches. Four Seasons only condos with private pier. Unit itself needs updating (looks like maybe they’ve replaced/revamped a little) Needs fresh carpet/flooring A/C runs constantly presumably because window treatments need replacing Furniture needs cleaning/reupholstered Patio furniture needs replaced(rusting) and with at least counter height chairs so you can see over railing! Nice place nonetheless

Location, location, location.

The view and the shaded balcony were two of my favs. The guys favorite feature was the private fishing pier. In the early morning and evenings, there were plenty of wildlife to watch from the pier including dolphins, stingrays, sharks Condo was clean and well equipped kitchen. Bed linens and bath towels all clean and sufficient in quantity. We set up our umbrella to the left of the pier. Had a front row seat everyday. ☀️ Living room furniture as seen better days. But, thankfully our weather was fabulous and we did use it much.
