About this property

Edgewood Oasis

The newly remodeled rambler is nestled in a quaint neighborhood away from hustle and bustle, but is conveniently located just minutes from both I5 and SR 167 which will take you 10 minutes to Downtown Tacoma and other major neighboring cities. The home has 3 bedrooms, three bathrooms, an office that could double as a game room and a large mudroom with a washer and dryer. The oversized kitchen hosts a 36" gas range, oversized island with French doors that look out over a beautiful landscaped yard. The formal dining room has a gas fireplace and a 14 person table right off of the kitchen. The back yard is fully fenced and very private with lots of greenery.

The kitchen was perfect, it is obvious that a lot of care has gone into this property, with investment in high end appliances and convenience. The backyard looks perfect for entertaining, and the neighborhood was beautiful, yet quiet. A great stay!

The house was great for my family, including 3 small children. Loved the backyard and how everything was on a single story (no steps or stairs where the kids could fall). Our host was so responsive and let us check ins earlier, which worked out so nicely with our schedule. There’s also plenty of parking in the front, and the backyard had some toys for the kids to play with. Would definitely stay again and recommend for families with kids.My only feedback is that it got a little chilly at night and there were no extra blankets other than the thinner ones on the bed. Also there weren't enough mugs or bowls for 8 people, but we managed. Thank you Whitney for being a wonderful host and allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Family Get together

This was a beautiful house in an awesome location. The kitchen/dining area was huge and lovely. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were nice sizes. The best part about the stay, though, was the owner. She was so friendly and responsive! 5-star experience all around!

The kitchen was a great space for our family to gather for a brunch after our sons wedding. Couple of things needed some care the fireplace not working was a disappointment.Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful home.

Great place to stay!

Our large family needed a place to stay while visiting with family in the area. The house is really well set up with very nice visiting areas, a superb kitchen, and a great back patio. The host was very quick to communicate and was super accommodating. We will come back and stay again!

Family gathering
