Nice Comfortable Home, Good Neighborhood

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this property for several months while a family member recovered from a medical procedure. We found the house comfortable and it met all the needs we had. It is close to a grocery store and our medical facility was only a few blocks away. The car port is a little tight to get into but it was nice knowing there was an off street parking spot just for us.

The photos on the VRBO website are deceiving about this property. They don’t reflect about 20 garbage cans located right next to the exterior wall of this unit. The alley where the garbage cans are located is filthy, verging on unsanitary and unhealthy. There still is a dead and decomposing squirrel located next to the exterior wall of this unit. In the summer, the smell must be awful. We have occasionally smelled garbage (like the smell coming from a landfill) while watching TV in the front room. I can send photos of all of this. This could definitely be a Denver Health Department complaint. The interior of this unit is fine, and the location suits our needs. The only reason we didn’t refuse to move in and request a refund is that it took a few days to discover these deficiencies, and by then I was in the hospital for an extended stay. I didn’t want my wife to have to pack up and move to a new location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was ideal for a family member recovering from a medical procedure. We rented the property for almost 4 months. It was comfortable. The amenities met our needs. It was close to the hospital and we were comfortable in the neighborhood. The management took care of needs that came up. Could have been cleaner when we arrived, but it was not filthy or unsanitary. I would not hesitate to rent the property again.
