A Home Away From Home

  • 5 of 5

We used to live a few blocks from Kim and Brenda's loft and chose not to stay with family and friends for a month visit. Brenda made us feel at home instantly, and although photos can be misleading, the unit was even better than pictured and described. We had absolutely no issues with the property. Enjoyed a Rockies game. Loved walking downtown. Check out specials at Z's downstairs. Walked to "New" Union Station. Light Rail to Golden. Cog train up Pike's Peak. Visited old haunts and kids, grandkids, and friends. Great access to the freeways in any direction. Loved the heated, basement garage. Wish we could have stayed longer. Recommended without reservation.

I just spent six weeks at this property, and the loft and location were perfect to enjoy downtown Denver. The area was safe for walking and was near many great restaurants and other attractions. I parked my car in the heated garage and either walked or rode my bike - Denver is very bike friendly. The listing photos accurately depicted the rental's interior as well as the excellent exterior views. Kim and Brenda were very helpful in answering any questions and concerns I had. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be in the downtown area.

We stayed for a month in this top floor loft and had an exceptional visit to the city. Perfect location - just a short walk to downtown and the mall, and a couple of blocks to easy freeway access. Loft has 2 TVs, a small reading library, and it even came stocked with a bag of Starbucks coffee for our arrival. Clean, quiet building. This loft does not face a street, so zero road/traffic noise. Owners very easy to contact and they respond quickly to questions. We didn't spend much time out on the balcony (hey, it was December and January!), but we did see the New Years Eve fireworks downtown from there. Upper deck on top of building would be a riot to enjoy in the summer or fall sometime. And of course there was free wi-fi too. Found it spotless when we arrived and tried to leave it that way too. Great spot for vacation or business re-lo stay.

Great owners, apartment and location!

  • 5 of 5

Kim and Brenda's apartment is wonderful! They not only keep and comfortable and well stocked home, but also gave us recommendations for great places to eat and drink, and were super friendly and responsive in the whole processes.

We stayed in their loft for a month, after moving to Denver from Rhode Island, to get to know the city before committing to a year long lease. What a perfect location to do so! Walking distance from everything, a minute from the highway to get out of the city and explore Colorado, awesome roof-top deck with a grill, we couldn't have been happier.

Thanks Brenda and Kim, we had a GREAT stay!

Wonderful Experience

  • 5 of 5

We just spent a month at this great loft. It was perfect for our visit to Denver. The location was ideal as was the neighborhood and the accommodations. The loft was immaculate, it was well stocked and comfortable. There was nothing we lacked or wanted.

Brenda and Kim are wonderful hosts and more than accommodating. We couldn't have had a better experience!

Amazing place in an amazing locatoin!

  • 5 of 5

This is a real gem of a place in Lower Downtown Denver. As a business traveler, there is nothing I hate more than being cooped up in hotel room for a week. This place suited me so much better--it was beautifully renovated and maintained, clean, tastefully appointed, and the location was perfect-- a leisurely 6 block walk to the free 16th St, shuttle, and then an easy, quick commute to downtown. The loft is a block from Coors Field, and the neighborhood is safe and clean. There are many brew pubs and restaurants within a few blocks of the loft. The availability of parking in the building was an added plus. Kim and Brenda handled all the business particulars very professionally, and all communication was clear and timely. They really went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I don't know when I will be back to Denver for either business or pleasure, but this will be the first lodging option I inquire about when I return.
