Balcony view was good.kitchen was missing a spachla,and the large skillet needs replaced.Non stick coating flaking off. No salt/pepper or spices of any kind.House was clean,nice place.Only two hangers in closet.

Our stay was amazing. The listing states that there are no chairs or toys, but there were plenty in the storage. The pool is close and it was clean. There were plenty of dishes for cooking.Beds and pillows were great.The view is amazing!Honestly, nothing to complain about. We have already talked about booking our next trip here.

AMAZING STAY

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came down for the Sand in my Boots music festival and this place was the absolute perfect place to stay! The pool is right behind the house and the inlet right behind that. Absolutely stunning sunsets and sunrises. Perfect view from the pool. The walk to the beach wasn't far either. We would absolutely stay here again! The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't have any issues with our stay!

Spring Break 2025

Comfortable for 6 of us. Quiet area but very short walk to the beach. Loved access to the lagoon. Close enough to everything we needed but not in the middle of the hustle bustle.

Another Nice Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a small house with enough parking underneath for 3-4 cars. There is a small pier on the lagoon readily available and in close proximity to the house. We like this location as it is usually quiet and away from the chaos and traffic, but you can get to the central area to shop or eat in 10-15 mins. The beds and pillows could be more comfortable, but were adequate.

Stick House

The location is great. A short walk to the beach. My son loved fishing off the pier. I enjoyed the swing under the house. Very relaxing. Plenty of room for our family. A few negatives. The sliding glass door was cloudy from probably a broken seal, so you couldn’t really see the view of the water very well, which was disappointing. The queen room sliding glass door was the same. Also, the kitchen could use a really good deep clean. Certain things didn’t look like they had been cleaned in quite a while or if they were, not very well.

Friendcation 🎉

The house was in the perfect spot for our crew ! The beds had sand in them when we arrived( a quick wash did the trick ) , the dishwasher needs to be replaced … all in all though we had the BESTTT vacation . We left a few fun things in the downstairs storage for kiddos to enjoy the beach !! We would 100% stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful

This was our first time renting a vacation place. Normally we just stay at hotels. This place was amazing! It had everything we all wanted in one location. From making our reservation to actually staying, I never had any issue getting ahold of someone. They answered very promptly. Our only regret is we had to leave. I would suggest new mattresses on the beds though. But overall it was absolutely amazing!!

Great location. So Peaceful.

The house was clean. Great location. Short walk to the beach. Pool was not crowded. The only complaint was the bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable in the master bedroom.

Close to the beach and beautiful view

You can see the bay when you are drinking your morning coffee, and a really close walk to the beach. Also, a pool by the house is really nice.

This is our second time staying here in the last year. Great location, you are overlooking the lagoon and less than a 10 minute walk from the beach.

Plus miles of beach within walking distance. The house is older, but comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We had internet issues and the staff was very responsive. We hope to visit again.

Perfect location and Size for 3 Adults, but...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second year that I've stayed at this house and while it is a perfect location and size for 3 adults, the floors and baseboards were disgustingly dirty. Everything above the baseboard was clean though the house was showing more wear and tear as compared to last year. The grill outside was growing mold on the grate so it obviously had not been cleaned in some time. We love this location and the house itself, but it definitely needed a good vacuuming and mopping between guests.
