Walk to Bank of America Stadium!!! Charming bungalow, backyard patio, and deck

This is a great house and I loved living here and in this area. I travel for work so figured I would share this great house and area with others, and make some cash at the same time. The big thing is the location you can walk to the Stadium, many breweries and restaurants. I recommend Unknown Brewery, always something going on, food trucks, bands etc. Seoul Meat Kitchen is super. Hoppin is a few steps down and cool if you are a beer nut like me. I can't say enough about how fun the area is. Neighbors are fun and diverse and lots of foot traffic on the street. The backyard and back deck are great there is a fire pit on the deck and the patio you need to replentish what ever firewood you use for the next guests. Everything is covered so if you uncover it cover it back. The lights are very popular in the back yard as well and come on at 6 every day and go off at 11 every night.
