Good view but that's it

The location has an excellent view of the ocean but lacks in other aspects. The house is very spacious, but the layout is not appealing. The house has a great entertainment system with speakers throughout, but it does not work. We connected one of the systems after 2 hours of effort but the next day it did not connect. The water is barely hot enough to shower and the hot tub is useless since the water is not hot enough. There are openings at the bottom of the glass wall throughout the house so ants are roaming all over the kitchen. This is the 2nd time we stayed in this neighborhood; the previous house was built similarly. Not worth the price we paid.
