Prime Resort Location, Modern Ski/Out w/ Balcony

Enjoy the best of the Laurel Highlands at the Seven Springs Resort in our stunning mountain top condo. You will be right on the slopes for skiing in/out during the winter, or primed for scenic hiking or biking in the summer. Soak in the views from our covered balcony while grilling dinner or drinking your morning coffee. Lounge at the heated outdoor pool & hot tub, or stay active in the playground, tennis, pickleball & basketball courts only a 5 minute walk away.

The space:
Spacious and modern with brand new silent central AC/heating, well equipped and remodeled kitchen. An elegant gas fireplace is the focal point of the main living area. Enjoy the covered balcony with a gas grill for your use while you take in the stunning views across the mountain.

The master suite boasts a king bed with an ensuite that includes a large walk-in rain shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with a twin trundle and shared ensuite with full bath and shower. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with full size beds on top and bottom. Please note: due to weight restrictions, only one person can sleep on the top bed.

All bedrooms have large HDTVs with cable. The living room TV is also a Roku TV so guests can tap into their favorite streaming services. The condo has fast wifi for your social and business calls, or streaming media.

Included for guests use are brand new laundry appliances.

Guest access:
There are 8 condos in this building. Guests will have the entire condo to themselves. While there is a public entrance to the condo building, each unit is equipped with a private entrance.

There is ample free guest parking behind the condo garages for multiple vehicles. Please do not park in front of the condo garages as this is designated as a fire lane.

The condo is part of a Homeowner's Association so some amenities are shared with other community members such as the outdoor swimming pool and sports courts.

Guests may use the swimming pool and sports courts at their leisure and at no additional cost. The outdoor swimming pool is open seasonally (Memorial Day Weekend through the second weekend after Labor Day Weekend). During this time, the pool is open everyday, weather permitting. A pool pass is required and is provided at the condo.

Guests also have free access to the resort shuttle. During the winter season, the shuttle runs on a continuous route and stops at all of the designated bus stops in Swiss Mountain. The Winter hours of operation are as follows:
Fridays: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 2:00 AM
Sundays: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

During the Summer, the shuttle bus service operates on an "on-call" basis. Guests can call the resort's main phone number and ask the operator for the shuttle service.

Other things to note:
Pets are not permitted.

The gas fireplace is currently demonstrating mechanical issues. The fireplace does work and guests are permitted to use it. However, the fireplace may shut off after an extended period of time. The fireplace has been evaluated by professionals. Due to the age of the fireplace, all parts have been discontinued. We are working with professionals to determine our next steps which will require extensive coordination with neighboring condo owners. We hope to have this issue resolved in the near future.

Family annual ski vacation

This is the second time we have stayed here at Seven Springs. We always seem to go at the best time as the mountain had gotten about 10” of fresh powder and it was still snowing! The condo was great as usual and provided fantastic accommodation for our group. Will be renting again.

Excellent ski in/ski out!

This is our 2nd year in a row renting this property for Presidents' Day weekend. Beautiful condo and fantastic location. A 2 minute walk to the slopes. A storage closet for our ski's and snowboards. Amazing shuttle service. Highly recommend!

Off-season stay at 7 Springs

Very nice property. Plenty of space with nicely appointed furniture and fixtures throughout Kitchen well stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cookware, etc. Beds nice and comfortable. Would stay again.

Perfect Ski Getaway

Had a nice stay here for a long weekend. Unit was just as pictured with plenty of amenities for cooking. Linens, paper products, dish soap all provided. Location is perfect for skiing and also a shuttle available if preferred. Owner/property manager was very accessible for any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Family ski-cation

Really great and spacious property. Plenty of room for 4 adults and a toddler. Great layout for two couples and a kid room. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The locker to store our ski equipment made getting ready for the day easy. We all had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay again.

Clean, modern, tasteful

Wonderful to relax in a clean environment for a ski/board weekend. Kitchen equipped much more than expected. Shower very nice. Furniture high quality and tasteful. TV with cable and Roku. 1st floor is bonus. Only downside is no garage to park in front of, but lot just a few steps away. Definitely worth it.

7Springs time!

Great time in 7 Springs. Condo was great, had just snowed when we arrived. No one felt cramped and it was clean. Only complaint was that unit above us was getting new floor and contractors started hammering very early!!! These condo assoc. should coordinate with rental managers and know when guests are coming in

Ski / Ride In / Out

We had a lovely time in the Villages at Seven Springs in this condo. It was spacious with all the modern comforts and style we were hoping for! We stayed with two families (adult + teen; adult + 2 teen siblings). The layout was perfect - giving each family the room and privacy for our three night stay. The property manager alerted us of construction in the unit above us at check-in. The noise was minor and only during business hours. It wasn’t disruptive for our stay at all and we appreciated the management notifying us! We highly recommend for cleanliness, convenience, communication, and comfort. LOVED IT!

8118 Stonegate Drive is located in the Stonegate neighborhood of The Villages at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. We love that this neighborhood is ski in/out. It sits on Village Trail, so guests can easily access the slopes without having to drive or shuttle down the mountain to the lodge. We also love that this condo has access to a variety of amenities in the Summer such as an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, a playground, and nice walking trails. The Villages at Seven Springs are just a beautiful in the Summer as they are in the Winter and we love that guests can feel comfortable and secure while visiting our area.
