Jersey Shore - Summer 2025 - Lavallette - Sleeps up to 8!

We have a beautiful 3 bedroom/1 bath rental just a block from the beach in Lavallette. This is the rear house. Rental is fully furnished and has Central A/C, granite counters, washer/dryer, flat screen TV, wifi, outdoor shower, and off street parking. Huge shared yard with separate BBQ grills and outdoor furniture for each unit. We have a total of (3) units for rent at this location. All units can sleep up to 8 people. We are pet friendly for a small additional charge. We provide 5 beach badges at no additional charge. Rentals during peak season are Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights only. As with typical Jersey Shore rentals, we DO NOT provide bed linens, pillows, blankets, toiletries or towels.

Cute beach house

Small but cozy and updated, very simple check in and out process with no hassles. We had 3 couples staying for a long weekend, had a blast. Great location. The patio w grill and outdoor shower were especially cool. 10/10 would stay again

Weekend getaway!

Our stay at this bungalow in Lavalette was perfect! The place was clean, and newly furnished. We had 2 adults 1 teen and 1 child. Beds were comfortable too! Outdoor space was a plus! Best part was location 1 block to beach and walking to restaurants and shops. Perfect for small family.

Loved the backyard space! Was a bit surprised by the size of the place - the pictures seem a lot bigger. Pete was very accommodating and friendly!

Nice but small

Bedrooms were a bit tight - fit a queen mattress and that is it. Closets were small, but overall the place was nice.

Nice house good location

House was great, well kept and stocked with what you need. The property manager was very easy to work with and responsive. The only concern for this house is When we were there the other houses on property were not rented but I would be worried if they were rented that sharing the patio space would get crowded and lack privacy. But if you don’t mind being neighborly it’s a very nice outdoor space.

Weekend getaway

Perfect option for last minute weekend getaway with my family. Great location to walk to many options in Lavallette and Ortley. Owners Nick and Joe were very helpful with booking and available if anything needed during stay. Thanks again!

Birthday Getaway

I was so happy when I got to the listing and enjoyed, the features of it. We celebrated a birthday, at the listing and it really helped with our family coming together. I love how close to the beach it was. A con was when we did laundry the washer had mildew residue, my family was not pleased by this but other than that it was a lovely place with privacy.

Nice getaway home but needs updating

The weather didn’t cooperate very well over Memorial Day weekend so we were in the house more than we would normally be. The porch off of the house was great and up to date. However, we would suggest redoing the bathroom shower, adding ceiling fans to the all the bedrooms, and replacing the carpet on the stairs and bedrooms. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Perfect Summer Getaway

This home was absolutely perfect for our little summer getaway! We loved that it was pet friendly and our dog would agree too :) The home was spotless, quiet, and equipped with every amenity we could possibly need. All three units on the property had their own personal grill and patio set which was very nice. The check-in process was seamless and the landlord went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with our stay. Close walk to the beach and located near the many shops and restaurants of Lavallette. We will certainly be back in the future!

Our Stay

The property was smaller than expected, but clean and neat. The common yard area was very pleasant. Parking was good. The house is reported to sleep 8 and only 5 beach badges. Kitchen housewares were limited. A/c, cable and wifi were good. Our overall stay was pleasant.

Good location but overpriced

Property needs alot of TLC.....we felt we were overcharged as the condition of the property was not good compared to other similar rentals at a much lower price!! The location was good. Owners were very responsive to our requests and very pleasant.

A Wedding Weekend at the Shore

Pete was a great host the place was clean and bright and our 14 year old Begel Kirby loved it! Minutes from the beach and Seaside Boardwalk but peaceful for a good night's sleep. The beds we a little creaky and the dishes somewhat eclectic all adding character to this rental. The outdoor space was beautiful and this place enabled us to spend time with our kids and there significant others. Thanks Pete!
