About this space
This home is situated right in the heart of the capitol of the Adirondacks, Saranac Lake. Located right in the village, this home is 1 mile from downtown Saranac Lake, 6 miles from Lake placid, and approximately 25-30 minutes from Whiteface mountain. Short walk to Swiss marina where you will find boat rental options for the summer to connect you to the chains of the Saranac Lakes.
The space
Come relax with the whole family at Merrill Manor. This house has 3 bedrooms with an additional bedroom in the basement(which is not fully finished as seen in photos-the furnace can be loud in the winter months downstairs). 2 bedrooms have queen beds, one has a king, and one has a California king. 3 of the bedrooms also have futons for additional sleeping space. This home is located across the street from lake flower and a quick 1 mile to downtown Saranac Lake. Easy access to groceries, restaurants/bars, lake activities, and additional shopping.

The one way streets were a little confusing. It was close enough to Tupper Lake (Wild Center with the big trolls) and Lake Placid. We also went to Ausable Chasm which was an hour but worth the trip.

Fantastic house just out of the heart of saranac. This place has been well loved and taken care of! With iron man medals and fun signs, we felt right at home! Thanks! We will be back!

We travel here every few years and have stayed in this rental twice now, it works great for us! Plenty of beds and a great location. We will be back again!

Second stay at 15 Merrill!

5 friends stayed at 15 Merrill, so we could hike some high peaks. It is located in a very convenient location for many trailheads. Also has a few breweries near by for the post hike cheeseburger. Love this house! Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Merrill Manor

Great location, charming home, and well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having the TV in the basement designated as the kids room for some occasional adult time. Was also able to teach the kids a thing or two about foosball. Kristina was very responsive. We'd love to stay again!

Homey and welcoming

This partially updated older home is very roomy and accomodating. The central location was ideal. I would have appreciated knowing that no washcloths were provided so I could bring my own. HWBB heat was very comfortable.

Family Wedding

The place was easy to locate, walking distance to town,enjoyed not having to bring a but the food and beverages of our choice. Everything you needed from bowls to towels to tissues were supplied to us. There is only one TV and it is in the basement bedroom. Which was ok because none of us needed to watch it. Also in the basement was no A/C. Floor fans were available. The inside was very charming and clean.

Great long weekend

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The house seems larger than it appears from outside, as interior space well utilized. The house has great linens and comfortable beds. Kitchen is well stocked and has nice utensils. Location worked very well for the rugby tournament. Neighbors were very kind to loan jumper cables when one of our vehicles would not start. House is very comfortable and welcoming, full of charm, we look forward to another visit.
