This third-floor condo is in building B of the Sea Cabin Condominiums, a centrally located community on Ocean Blvd with a resort-style pool, laundry facility, and private fishing pier. Enjoy beautiful ocean breezes and waking up to the beach in this lovely Isle of Palms condo!
Things to know prior to booking your stay: • The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor. • Full Disclosure: There are small bunk beds built into the hallway – they are loved by children and even perfect for some small adults. They’re also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”. • All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen! • Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying. • Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or download an app to pay! • Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass during peak season (June 1 – August 1). One extra pass may be requested during the off season. • The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round. • No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor. • No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation. • This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay! Enter the condo to find a hallway with two convenient small built-in bunk beds—a smart solution if you need more sleeping space, and they’re a hit with kids! Continue on past the full bathroom, which offers a shower-tub combo and a beachy vibe with sea-foam green walls. Walk further down the hallway, and you’ll come across the main open concept kitchen and living area.
The kitchen is fully equipped, so grab your favorite fresh fruit from a local market and all the ingredients for you need to make your own custom creations and recipes. A blue-tiled backsplash adds a pop of color to the space, and a small center island provides extra counter space, as well as a place to dine with two bar stools. With stainless-steel appliances and extra perks like a Keurig coffee maker, this space has everything you need for that home-away-from-home experience!
The living area is furnished with a plush couch, which has a queen-pull out sofa bed if you need extra sleeping accommodations. Two extra sitting chairs provide more space to fit the whole family, and a large flat screen TV completes the space. Tune into your favorite shows with cable access and stay connected on your devices with complimentary Wi-Fi. A ceiling fan is in the room for additional comfort and sliding glass doors lead out to the ocean-facing third floor balcony.
The views can’t be beat when you step out onto the patio and see the Atlantic Ocean sparkling in the distance. The patio is furnished with a high-top bistro set, where you can wake up with your morning coffee to watch the sun rise over the sea and enjoy sunsets with a glass of wine and a few snacks.
Back inside, you’ll find the bedroom, which features a queen size bed, and private flat screen TV. At a compact size with high-quality amenities and an excellent beachfront location, this cozy beach condo is perfect for a little escape to Isle of Palms!
The Sea Cabin Condominiums are comprised of a three building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach. The complex has a large pool and a kiddie pool. Try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests, or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves.
Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a 'starter set' of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath and dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

Great view of the ocean. The screen door to the balcony was difficult to open and close. This is a very small unit, works well for two people. No elevator. Can walk to nearby restaurants.
Great beach view, keep in mind across a parking lot. We were third floor so didn’t mind. Very nice place! The stairs were challenging with luggage but good exercise! Had everything we needed!
The unit was clean and ready when we arrived. We had good communication as to the check in process. The ocean view was wonderful from the balcony. There was easy access to the beach and the pool. It was very comfortable.
Condo was spotless. Bunk beds are smaller than twins. Bedroom ceiling fan was not aligned correctly which made it loud. All in all nice condo. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved the location. Loved that there is a private pier. The pool was very cold so kids didn’t really get to use it. Communication was lacking. We waited until 4:00 like it states online but when we arrived it was still being cleaned. We weren’t able to get in until 5. The code that was emailed for the pool/beach gate was not correct, another guest told us the accurate code. I emailed asking about the code, as no one reached out to me. The bunk beds worked for the kids, they are very small, don’t think an adult would be comfortable. We had four people total in our group (staying 5 nights) and only provided three rolls (very thin) toilet paper, two dishwasher pods, three garbage bags. Seems pretty stingy. Small space but it worked for us. We really liked the couch. Plenty of blankets. It was very cozy. I would recommend.

Cute condo, beachy theme but not overdone. Comfy bed, plenty of towels. Love the beachside location & private pier.Wi-fi was out for maybe 12hrs, no big deal.Freezer needs attention.
We really enjoyed 328B. Everything was exactly as described. The unit is very clean. Communication with the property manager was extremely easy. We would stay here again.

Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.

Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
