My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in E303! The condo was immaculate, fun beachy decor and offered us everything we could possibly need. The screened in porch was perfect for dining, as we did take advantage of the kitchen for a couple of lunches and dinners, as I love to cook! The view from the screened in porch and the widow's walk was amazing. We were able to look at the ocean, bird watch, share a bottle of wine and completely relax! It was a very romantic! All the kitchen appliances and washer/dryer came in very handy. Plenty of storage space for clothing and for bathroom toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. The living room and the extra sink area came in handy. I was so pleased that there was a blender for me to make my protein smoothies. In addition to enjoying the pool and the beach, we used the condo as a base from where we toured Magnolia Plantation, which we highly recommend. The orientation theater, the garden walk, and the audobon/swamp walk were fabulous! We also highly recommend the ferry ride to Fort Sumpter. The rangers were very knowledgeable and you will learn a lot of history. Our last morning, after checking out, we rented a 2 seater kyack and had a wonderful time kayaking and bird watching. We loved our stay and it was a highlight staying at this beautiful property! Thank you Nathan!
Port-O-Call 303E April 23-27, 2018
Great low key location towards the end of the island. You can tell the owners are working to make improvements to an older property. Condo was very cozy while we weathered the crazy storm of April 23rd. Although rain blew in from under the door of the upstairs crows nest wetting the inside carpet and also soaking the rug and furniture on the screened in porch, the following days of sun helped to dry things out. One location problem: we understand there was work done in the past few months to restore the beach due to erosion where sand was blown in. After the storm there was a "lake" in front of the condo covering the sand. I was fine with walking to the end of the island to reach the beach (10 minute walk), others gambled and tried to walk through the standing water and thick mud only to sink up to their knees. This was still the case when we left 4 days later, but it was beginning to dry out. This is not an owner issue, but it is a problem with the location. With that being said, we enjoyed the condo and location so much, we would go back...just hope to avoid a record rain and wind storm.
Beautifully maintained property. Great ocean views!
My two college roommates and I spent the weekend in this awesome third floor condo. Condo is super cute, spacious, clean and so well stocked. Loved the ocean views from the screen porch and the top floor deck. Will definitely be back!!
Amazing views and location.
Perfect place to stay. Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The view was amazing, especially from the crows nest. We could have never left the condo or the island and been very happy. But we did have to travel to Charleston, to see our usual sights. Love this place, we will be back.
Adorable unit E303 with amazing view and large beach area
Our first visit to Isle of Palms, SC Port O Call E303 Unit at Wild Dunes Resort. Just perfect size for a couple however, there is a room above main floor where widow's walk takes you to outside deck that has a room with 2 small beds perfect for kids. Although the weather was unseasonably cool during our stay, we bundled up and enjoyed our walks on the beach. The beach near these Port O Call units is big. Some spots near tip of Isle are narrow but this area is very wide from units to ocean. Great for shell picking. We loved sitting up on the widows deck at night and it was quiet during our stay here. We didn't hear anyone but it was late March 2018 just before Easter. The unit was clean and the bed very comfortable and they leave behind a hat and a bottle of wine for the guests along with 2 bottles of water. Nice touch. The main level patio is screened in and helped on the windy nights to keep the wind from blowing on us. Nicely decorated and it had new owners as of fall of 2017 who have made some improvements but we thought it was a cute, homey unit with great views of the ocean. Highly recommend a 3rd floor unit for the bonus widows walk deck on top and views. There is an elevator which makes getting to unit very easy. Close to downtown Charleston (just over Rt 17 bridge) and grocery store and restaurants nearby. Recommend Harris Teeter grocer and The Refuge restaurant.
Property has been upgraded. Views are fabulous. Owner has done a great job welcoming visitors.
The clouds cleared and the stars were amazing from the widows walk. The beach is big and being Jan, wasn't crowded, but it was warm enough to spend several hours walking on the beach. Can't wait to come down in warmer weather.
