Situated on the Canoe canal for paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and birdwatching. Downtown Eugene, University of Oregon Campus, Autzen Stadium, Matthew Knight Arena, Hayward Field and PK Park a short walk or bike ride away. Direct access to Pre's Running Trails, Riverfront bike path system and the Willamette River.
