This home was just the place needed for some relaxation! Pool was chilly when we arrived in mid March but warmed up nicely by the time we left in mid April. Already booked again for next year! Excellent communication by owners!

Good value home. Comfortable beds, plenty of pots and dishes. New appliances in the kitchen. The cabinets and counter top are old and worn out but are fine for a rental. Outdoor furniture was old but plenty of seating available. Pool was great. The only real issue was the new gas stove flame was insufficient at the hottest adjustment. Never got water to boiling after 45 minutes. Host said they would take care of it.All in all, a good comfortable home for the money.

The location of this property was excellent, and the amenities were good, which made our trip enjoyable. However, we felt that the price did not reflect the overall condition of the house.The home is quite dated. The kitchen and bathrooms are old and could benefit from renovations. The furniture is also outdated, and the décor and color scheme make the house feel older than it appears in the listing.The biggest disappointment was the swimming pool. It was not very clean, and the water didn't seem to have proper circulation. In addition, the backyard lights were not working, which limited our ability to enjoy the outdoor space in the evenings.Overall, the house has great potential because of its location, but it needs updating and better maintenance. At the current price, we expected a property in better condition. With some renovations and improved upkeep, this could be an excellent vacation rental.

thank you for the review wish you would have reached out regarding pool issues i would have send pool guy over for extra maintenance but we check before your stay the pool conditions were good. for the outdoor lights we have remote control to control the big solar lights! sorry you weren't able to enjoy them. the home is older home that we let guest used during times we are not using the space we just started doing vacation rentals so hopefully we would have enough funds to renovate we slowly renovating things the pool, kitchen appliances and A/C and water heater are all new. Summer time is our peak months so the prices are a bit higher unfortunately but please come back during off season time! we would love to host you again

We had a nice stay, the host was kind enough to let us check in early which was nice, had some issues with check in but was quickly resolved. Mislack with the check out date so we were charged a full day for not evening being there was out of Vrbo control so was up to host to partial refund and they did not want to do that. Overall we had a good time.

Loved the location- super easy check in and check out process. Host had some beach toys, umbrella, chairs that we used (which was nice since we were traveling from out of state). The home and pool were clean, the weather was cool when we were visiting so the pool was chilly. We had a party of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids - 3, 6, and 11) and there was plenty of room for all of us.

This home was perfect for our family, everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking, the pool was very clean, the house was immaculate and the beds were very comfy. Close to beaches and shopping made for a nice stay. Would stay again.
