While we are glad the dated charm of the property met your initial expectations, we are deeply sorry for the issues you experienced with the bathroom fan response, privacy, pest control, and the back yard. That is certainly not the level of service or quality we aim to provide, and we completely understand your frustration. We take your concerns very seriously and are taking immediate action to address every issue raised: Host Communication & Maintenance: Telling you to simply leave the bathroom door open for ventilation was completely unacceptable. Our team should have sent a maintenance technician out to repair the fan immediately, and we are retraining our guest support team to handle maintenance requests properly. The fan is being serviced right away. Window Privacy: Guests should always feel 100% comfortable and private in the bathrooms. We are installing proper blinds/window coverings on both bathroom windows immediately so privacy is fully secured. Pest Control: While palmetto bugs are common in the region, seeing numerous pests inside the home is not acceptable. We are bringing in our professional pest control service to conduct a thorough treatment and perimeter spray right away. Back Yard & Upkeep: We are sending our groundskeeping crew to revamp, deep-clean, and properly maintain the back yard space so it matches the relaxing outdoor atmosphere described in the listing. Pricing & Value: We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the property's rates. We regularly review our pricing to ensure it accurately reflects the home's condition, amenities, and current market value. Thank you again for your constructive feedback.
