A cozy well furnished centrally located condo

Located in Hope Valley farms. Close to south point, Duke and UNC. Very clean surroundings and every room has laminate flooring.
Well furnished and decorated. Everything is provided just bring your clothes. Plenty of parking around the condo. Located at lower level, 1 flight down.
Community pool, high speed wifi, close to South point mall, groceries, restaurants and I - 40. Duke and UNC are also close by.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great Location

Check in was easy and owner was quick with responses. Location was great, close to Duke, shopping, restaurants and trails. Quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful host

Very friendly and responsive. I just wasn’t expecting all the stair climbing. Beds & laundry were on 3rd floor. No dressers in bedroom. I did not stay in above listing. Was upgraded to another property

this guest origibally applied for the 2 bedroom condo. But the renters did not leave so we upgraded him to a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath 2200 sq ft TH with 2 car garage a big jump. That townhouse is 3 stories. However this 2 bedroom condo is 1 level.
