This beautifully decorated 2 bed/1 bath home is a treasure. Our kitchen is fully stocked and ready for gourmet cooking. The cottage sleeps 4 people. Each bedroom has high speed Wi-Fi and a desk. The living room is perfect for reading books or watching movies on our Smart TV. The renovated bathroom has stunning tile floors and a tile shower/tub.

Enjoy our large deck. See if you can spot our family of 6 deer who call our woods home.

We have worked it out with the YMCA that our guests can use their facilities for free for up to 7 days. Enjoy their pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, etc.


Note: For Security Deposits, VRBO collects these funds and returns them to you if the property is not damaged. As the host we do not receive these funds.

My family stayed in the cottage for about a week and on numerous occasions said they could imagine living there. The house was perfectly situated in town near all the amenities we needed. The little cottage was clean and comfortable and contained everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Its location was close enough to Franklin Street for a quick zip up in the car. The distance is also walkable if you’d rather leave the car, although there is an incline for most of the walk to Franklin Street. We are completely satisfied with our booking.

Quaint Cottage near UNC Campus

We enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage. It was my husband and I and it was a nice place to come relax after the fun on Franklin and campus activities. It is close enough to walk in order to get a little exercise (about 30 minutes) and we also had a car for the later nights. It was clean and comfortable and very private. We didn't cook more than toast and coffee but it appeared to have all that you would need and the bedding was clean and plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Super clean and cozy!

This lovely remodeled cottage fit our needs perfectly. #1 requirement for us is cleanliness and we weren’t disappointed! Nothing was overlooked. It’s a very tiny place but roomy enough for us. You can’t beat Brad for quick response for anything.. He’s pleasant, approachable, and efficient. We hope to return soon!
