Augur Lake House on a 30 acre private property

Privacy and nature on 30 acres of Adirondack National Park. Fishing on Lake Augur, Skiing at Lake Placid, boating on Lake Champlain and still be able to work remotely.
Brand new house featuring 3 separate levels with 2 private bedrooms and 3rd on the top loft level w/office desk, 50" computer monitor. Both me and my wife work remotely and we spent summers up here. Great place to turn off away from a busy city life.
Surrounded by beautiful trees and stunning lake views. Dual high speed LTE wireless wifi throughout, parking for multiple vehicles, private lakefront access with Kayaks and Canoe.
True fishing paradise with small and large mouth bass and easy access to boat ramps on Lake Champlain. Kitchen includes brand new GE appliances, Vitamix, Kurig Coffee Maker and bottom laundry room has washer and dryer.
2 fire pits outside - one on the patio and one down by the lake with plenty of firewood for the cozy night outside.
Beavers, Bold Eagle Nest and Chipmunks will keep your mind away from the city life ;-)

Such a beautiful and private spot! The kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms and laundry room. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely highly recommend and hope to stay here again soon!

Beautiful property

Can’t recommend this place enough. My son had a great time catching sunfish and bluegill off the dock and making s’mores by the lake. Great location and close proximity to lots of activities. Very private.

Private idyllic lakefront home

Was so pleased with this property as described online and with seamless communication with the owner. I grew up in the area so knew that I wanted to stay at Augur Lake for a family funeral. The place was very well stocked and lovely. I highly recommend.

Our family had a great week at this house! We took day trips to Montreal and Lake Placid but also enjoyed days hanging out at the house and down by the lake. Very peaceful and private and in a great location. The house is on a dead end road so there was no traffic. The air conditioning was much appreciated on hot days. We used the kayaks and fire pit. Saw a bald eagle and watched beavers swim by in front of the dock! Would love to stay here again.
