Cette belle propriété rénovée de trois chambres à coucher et deux salles de bain se trouve sur un acre de terrain au bord du lac Champlain Grandes cours avant et arriÚre avec 150 pieds de plage privée sur la route avec une cabine de plage privée. Cette maison de 2000 pieds carrés peut accueillir jusqu'à neuf personnes et est parfaite pour les escapades en famille. Kayaks et pagaie inclus. Foyer extérieur et grand pont avant offrant une vue magnifique sur le Vermont, le lac et les Green Mountains. TV, Wifi et Netflix fournis. PrÚs de Ausable Chasm, Plattsburgh, à l'intérieur du parc Adirondack. Trois terrains de golf à proximité. Les plages publiques à proximité.

A beautiful home, amazing kitchen with a large dining area for family dinners. Incredible views across the lake to Vermont and the Green Mountains. The house was the perfect size for us. The front porch was a great place for a morning coffee while the back yard with the fire pit was a nice place to wind down from a busy day. The hut down by the lake was a great place to canoe/kayak or just go for a swim.Catherine, the owner was easily accessible and answered any questions we had.

Great location

Great location if you want to play in Lake Champlain. Very clean house and plenty of appliances to cook with if you want to. Only concern was with the master bed but we discussed with the owner and they were very receptive to the issue. Would stay here again.

Everything we had hoped for!

This is a beautiful home! We were in the area visiting our son who is a student at SUNY. The spacious kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals together. Very well stocked supplies, and the firepit was a treat! We made S'mores and just enjoyed quality time together. We would definitely stay here again!

Comforting Stay at Fantastic Lake Champlain Views

We were back in our hometown for a memorial service and we found Fantastic Lake Champlain Views to be soooo comforting ... the warmth of the home, the layout of the house, the functionality of the kitchen, the views of the both the lake (front of house) and backyard, all made our stay wonderful.

Such a tranquil escape

Family gathering

We gathered to lay a loved one to rest. I was from the area and wanted the house to let us have time together. The beautiful location was a great start to our day. We had plenty of room to spread out while having great places to get gather together as well.

This was our second stay at your property. Thank you so much for the use of your lovely and very comfortable home! Fall scenic vacation

Property and house was exactly as described, its beautiful. Fantastic views of the sunrise on lake Champlain. Everything is provided from preparing meals to relaxing by the firepit. Incredible View

We had a wonderful vacation here! We enjoyed hanging out on the front porch with the beautiful view of the lake and Green Mountains of VT, sipping coffee on stools at the kitchen island, lounging on the rocks by the shore or in the shady cabana, having dinner and playing cards at the huge dining room table, cozying on the big couch to read or watch a movie, and roasting marshmallows on the coals in the fire pit out back! The house and bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were a good size and comfortable. And Ausable Chasm was a quick drive away and just beautiful. Be careful crossing the road to get to the lake as cars come quickly around the corner. Highly recommend this property!

Another world

This was an amazing rental. The Valcour Cottage was beautiful, spacious and clean. The location was perfect and the inclusion of the paddle boards, kayaks and canoe made the trip. We will absolutely stay here again!

New Year's Eve

This property was everything that we wanted it to be and as described in listing. Our favorite place to hang out was in the kitchen with the huge island. We spent most of our time cooking great meals and playing games to bring in the New Year! Catherine was very prompt on communications, which made it that much better. Would love to come back to stay. Our first night we went to Livingood's Restaurant, I would highly recommend.
