The space
Siesta Key’s Largest Public Beach Access #15, with facilities and parking is 1.5 miles from the House. The house includes everything you will need to enjoy a sun filled day at the beach. Items such as a beach cooler, folding beach wagon, beach umbrellas, beach toys, light weight beach towels, and beach chairs are all provided to our guests.
Siesta Village, with its beach town life is the entertainment district on the island and is located one mile from the house. All these locations are an enjoyable and convenient bike ride away. BEACH BIKES INCLUDED DURING YOUR STAY. Other transportation options on the Island include: Golf carts, Free Ride trolley to visit the island’s hot spots.

The House is located near the Easy On / Easy Off North Island bridge with an easy 10-minute car ride to access gourmet grocery shopping, restaurants in Downtown Sarasota, the main marina, and the fabulous world class shops. The House is a 15-minute car ride to the famous St. Armands Circle, for more fine dining and boutique shopping.

This custom home with an open floor plan is well suited for entertaining and is a perfect setting for family retreats, couples’ getaways, girl’s trips and friend’s gatherings.

The fully equipped kitchen with upgraded stainless-steel appliances includes all the culinary conveniences. Enjoy meals at the oval dining table that seats 8, while utilizing the extra-large kitchen island as a buffet or separate seating area for 4. A Keurig and regular coffee maker (for multi cups) are provided along with a Tea Pot for morning relaxation. Filtered water in the refrigerator makes hydration easy and cost effective! Enjoy the front porch off the kitchen for morning coffee or sunset views.

After a fun-filled day, retreat to one of the professionally designed bedrooms for a peaceful slumber. Designed with love for the finer details, this chic home offers premium foam hypoallergenic luxury mattresses.

Bedroom Set Up: 5 Bedrooms

Bedroom's #1 & #2 - Two king master suites (one 1st floor and one 2nd floor) each with a huge walk-in closet, down blankets, foam pillows, reading lights, nightstands, flat screen TV, full length mirror, sitting area, work area, and private in suite bathroom.

Bedroom # 3 - has a king mattress with private closet, dresser, flat screen tv, sitting area, full length mirror and direct access to the full bathroom in the hall.

Bedroom # 4 - is designed off the 1st floor master, with twin bunk beds to comfortably sleep two. Includes a closet, sitting area, mirror and nightstand. Direct access to the half bathroom, next to this room.

Bedroom #5 - As a bonus, a uniquely designed 2nd floor loft 5th bedroom entertainment area for kids/teenagers with 2 ‘full size’ mattress bunk beds that sleep 4. Features high quality foam mattresses, sheets, dressers, closet, and pillows. This space is uniquely designed as a second entertainment area, with a leather sofa, 65” TV, and side tables for easy living. It is the fun room in the house, as kids like to snuggle up in the soft blankets and lay around the carpet to watch TV and play games!


The House is stocked with all the fun family games necessary for everlasting entertainment: Chess, Jenga, Connect 4, Uno, Cards against Humanity, Monopoly, Poker + Cards, for endless laughter.


The 3.5 bathrooms are spaced throughout the house, for easy use to share with expanded accommodations featuring two extra-large walk-in showers. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided. 2nd Floor Extra Large laundry room with a door, includes a new front-loading washer and dryer, storage and drying racks. The home is stocked with a space heater, extra blankets, high quality towels, luxury bed sheets, beach towels, pool towels, and more.

After a full day on the beach, enjoy the carefully designed expansive outdoor living space featuring a heated and lighted saltwater pool. Relax to the soothing sounds of the pool waterfall. As a bonus, this home has a brand new Hot Tub spa to relax and sooth. The 8-foot privacy fence, and lush Zen-like tropical landscaping ensures full privacy and peaceful relaxation. The enclosed lanai cabana style entertainment patio with lighted landscaping includes a flat screen HD TV, bar, drink refrigerator, gas BBQ grill, colored pool lights and recessed lighting. Ultra-comfortable and spacious patio table seating with swivel reclining chairs for 8 guests, and lounging chairs allows for ample seating as you enjoy Florida’s spectacular outdoor living.

In the main family room, off the kitchen, relax in comfort in the leather couch with reclining chairs, watching favorite movies or local programming on the 70” TV with YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Access to the ultra-high-speed internet makes streaming, web surfing, or e-schooling easy and productive. Indoor Sonos speakers complete the indoor entertainment space.

This home was built with great thought of clean space and extra storage. It features refined hard wood flooring throughout the expanded 1st floor, Granite counter tops and travertine flooring in the bathrooms. Bright and recessed lighting throughout the home provides a well-lit, high end sophisticated living experience. Keyless entry to the home allows for easy guest access.

Other things to note:
1) Please respect sound ordinance rules. We ask guests to please be considerate of neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. We only recommend quiet guests to this home.
2) We allow up to 4 cars parked on the driveway. You are not allowed to park on the street or you will get a ticket. Absolutely no RV or trailer parking on Driveway.
3) Pool depth ranges from 3 feet to 4 feet. Children will need to be supervised. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
5) Monthly or Longer stays require discounted house cleaning every 2 weeks paid by guest.
6) Pets welcome $25 per day per pet. Monthly discounts available. Pets are not allowed in pool.
7) This house has stairs and living areas are on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
8) No Smoking Anywhere in the home or near home openings. Smoking anywhere in home will result in a $500 remediation fee. Smoking is permitted outdoors. $50 cleaning fee if butts found on property.
9) No refunds will be given due to acts of nature unless there is a mandatory evacuation or prolonged outage of essential utilities.
10) We have partnered with a Travel Insurance marketplace to offer you the opportunity for a little peace of mind through travel insurance that can potentially provide a full refund should life throw you some unexpected circumstances. Please inquire if you would like more information on travel insurance to insure your trip from unforeseeable events.
