Modern furnished home built in 2015 with expansive decks to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets. The main level of the home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and great room adjoining the fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor has a private studio apartment with bathroom and fully furnished kitchen. The home can be rented for main floor only/studio apartment only or both as interior entrances to each are separate.

WiFi and internet TV is included. This home is located in the new development of Dolphin Run at Tradewinds and is a short walk to the restaurants and dive shops of Utila on a newly paved road.

This home was built in October 2015 and has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the upper floor & 1 bedroom and bath (studio apartment) on the ground floor (see listing for entire house if wanting to include the private studio apartment) or both main floor bedrooms. This accommodation is for the private main floor with 1 bedroom/1bathroom. Located in the newly developed Dolphin Run area of Tradewinds (closest to town) and is only a few minutes walk to the restaurants, shops and dive shops on Utila down a newly paved road. The main floor 1 bedroom accommodations of the home will comfortably sleep 2 in a queen bed that has a novaform covered mattress for the best night sleep you will ever have!!

The home is well appointed and tastefully furnished with comfort and modern conveniences in mind. The kitchen is well equipped and appointed with the latest Slate appliances (dishwasher, range and oven, microwave and French door refrigerator) dishes and cutlery. Granite countertops can be found throughout the home and studio apartment. Honduran wood craftsmanship is found throughout the house – from the cabinetry to the doors and windows made on the mainland and custom fit onsite.
Enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from inside and out! Large windows and French doors bring the outside in. Spend your time enjoying the views of Roatan, Cayos Cochinos and mainland Honduras while relaxing on the expansive decks on all sides of the home. Main floor bedrooms each access a deck overlooking the lagoon and town of Utila. The home is equipped with air conditioning throughout as well as ceiling fans when you are wanting to enjoy the ocean breezes.
The home features 20 foot beam/vaulted ceilings of Honduran wood and equipped with air conditioning throughout as well as ceiling fans when wanting to enjoy the ocean breezes. All linens, bath and beach towels, cutlery & silverware, pots/pans, coffee maker and toaster are provided. WiFi and internet TV is included.
Shore diving and snorkeling are available to you right outside your door. Our on island host is also available to assist in arranging fishing trips, diving, snorkeling and other activities around the island as well as pre-arranging transportation, ATV, scooter, bicycle or golfcart rental.

At the end of the day of diving, swimming or snorkeling, you can conveniently wash your gear in outdoor station as well as outdoor shower.

Studio apartment is approximately 400 sq ft and main floor is approximately 1400 sq ft. In addition each level features approximately 900 sq ft of covered patio/decks.

Rate includes 15kw per day power (overages are at current Utila Power Company rate), internet, gas and water. Overages must be paid upon checkout with advance deposit (dependent on length of stay) that is collected upon arrival.
