This lakefront vacation home rental in the Lake George Region is the perfect getaway to enjoy the panoramic lake views from nearly every room. Located on Hadlock Lake in Fort Ann, NY, this two-story Adirondack vacation home rental offers five bedrooms, two full baths, and a fireplace.

You will find a kitchen, living room, one full bath, and three bedrooms on the main level. Two bedrooms include a king bed while the other one includes a queen bed. Attached to the main level is a 14 x 40 deck with a BBQ grill and a large patio table and lounge area. Just off the deck is a patio with a hot tub.

The lake level offers a massive double living space featuring arcade games, a foosball table, one full bath, and two bedrooms. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the other features a twin-over-full bunk bed. Walk out to the three-season room and enjoy all the lake views through the five sliding glass doors!

This beautiful escape from reality with direct lake access from the lower level allows you to unwind and relax. Also, you will have the convenience of 75 feet of lakefront property, which includes a large private dock and a walk-in area to the lake for swimming with a sandy beach bottom. Enjoy the beautiful Adirondack lake views from the custom-made fire pit with eight Adirondack chairs. Also included and attached to the house, in the garage, is an indoor bar and game room, including a pool table, shuffleboard, and a dartboard with double sliding glass doors for all the lake views.

You can rent kayaks and paddleboards to experience all the lake has to offer; ask us how. This home is pet friendly; bring your four-legged friend for a small fee, dogs only. Must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card.

There are good hiking trails within two miles. This lakefront vacation rental is minutes from Lake George Village, which offers outlet shopping, amusement parks, and cultural events. Saratoga is forty minutes away, and Albany Airport is one hour. This house is close to all activities yet away from it all.

***This home is pet-friendly. Bring along your four-legged friend. An additional pet fee per dog will apply. You must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card, dogs only.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be required to sign a rental agreement. This will need to be completed to get your check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in which is 4 pm. ***

We had a wonderful family trip. The house was very nice, and we enjoyed both game rooms. The yard was spacious and great for kids to run around. Also the Hadlock Pond was great for the young kids to play and swim in. I would definitely come back here again.

This house has everything you need to enjoy indoor activities during winter and rainy days. We loved staying here and had plenty of space for our entire family. We played pool, arcade games, foosball and darts! Beautiful sunroom, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. All you could ask for on this gorgeous property !!

Wonderful house on the lake

We loved our time at the Grandview. The house was in great condition and the location was amazing. The access to the lake was fun for young and old. We also took easy day trips to Lake George for a meal or an outing on the lake. We had one hiccup with AC and they couldn't have been more helpful and responsive!. Highly recommend.

Fun times w/ plenty of activity space

We had 10 adults staying at the Grandview for a quiet weekend. There's plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed to cook. We enjoyed having a little pool tournament in the games room. Hot tub was also lovely. Wish there was a way for this place to have at least a half-bath, just two bathrooms for 10 people was a little inconvenient at times.

Amazing house and property!

We had a wonderful stay at The Grandview, it was one of the most well-kept and clean rentals we've ever stayed at. There was lots to do and plenty of room for people to have their own space when they needed it. We had plenty of room for two families to stay. The rental company was super responsive and quick when we needed help. It was cold and snowy while we were there and we still had a blast, it would be even better in the summertime. One thing to think about if you are booking this property is that you can hear EVERYTHING, bring sound machines if you have kids or a sensitive sleeper.

Very nice property, nice experience.

The home was awesome. Great location on the lake, All the amenities you and your friends could want. Having a hot tub is great during the winter. Plenty of things to do for the kids including arcade games and board games. Only issue is the very early check-out time. 10am is pretty early, and combine that with stripping linens, putting towels in the wash and starting dishwasher and trying to get packed without forgetting anything with kids. A noon checkout would be appreciated and expected given the cost per day.

Wonderful location, family friendly

The home is exquisite and located on a pristine beach on the north end of Hadlock Pond. Very quiet area. Main problem was a basement leak and mold from excess moisture in the downstairs bedrooms. Property management was prompt to try to address. Bathroom upstairs also in need of up upgrade, especially shower head. Games rooms are great and downstairs sun room is perfect for small children. Kitchen very functional, deck is great and hot tub worked well.

Beautiful Lake House

Staying in this house was a wonderful experience. Truly not a negative thing to say. The house itself was beautiful. The interior decorating was top notch and it was obvious how much effort went into it. Beds, linens, towels, etc. were wonderful and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need. The game room was incredible and we spent a ton of time in there - truly not a shortage of activities in this house! The lake view was perfect and with the house being right on the lake with easy access was great. We rented a boat for a week and having the boat slip right on property was a huge plus. The lake itself was extremely clean. The neighborhood is very nice and the neighbors were very welcoming and helpful. The fireworks on the lake on the 4th of July were incredible. Northern Living was extremely responsive to any questions during our stay. I cannot say enough good things about the property and house. There was not one thing we would have changed. There were also some very nice welcoming touches. It really was just a perfect family vacation!
