Just beyond the island, the water turns deeper making it superb for boating and floating. The home is minutes from Lake George, Lake George shopping outlets, public golf courses, tennis, bike trails. Gore Mountain(skiing)is 35 min, West Mountain(skiing)is 25 min, Killington is 45 Min, Saratoga Race Track is 20 min. For the kids, there is The Great Escape and Splashwater Kingdom( 10 Min.) and the Great Escape Indoor Water Park. Covered Rain porch for outside sitting.

The entire home is available to rent. To avoid any disappointment, pets are not allowed.

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement. The owner will provide a lease document prior to the booking request being accepted. The lease will specify house rules and stipulate a cancellation policy. The lease is sent out via Docusign to be signed electronically. Contact information (Name, Address, Email, Phone Number) must be provided.

**Important Note For Renters**

Liability & Property Risks: This property is situated on a graded hill with stairways leading down to a waterfront and dock. Guests may encounter uneven terrain, loose stones, or slippery surfaces. By booking this property, guests agree to use the home and all its facilities at their own risk. The Host is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss occurring on the property during the stay. Guests and their parties hereby waive any and all claims against the Host. Please note there are no rails along the waterfront, and the lake can be dangerous. A responsible adult must supervise minors near or in the water at all times.

No Firearms: For the safety of all guests and neighbors, firearms of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property.

Security Cameras: Please note that exterior security cameras are in place and cover the outside of the property, including the front entrance, side, and back of the home. Cameras are strictly exterior and are solely for the safety and security of the property. The Host reserves the right to review footage during or after the stay if there is reasonable cause to believe house rules have been violated.

No Pets: Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property. No exceptions will be made.

Quiet hours: 10PM–8AM per town policy. No loud music or noise after 10PM. Any fines issued by authorities are the sole responsibility of the guest.

Failure to abide by any of the above rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
