My name is Catherine, it's nice to meet you! My boyfriend, Jacob, and I just bought our first home together with our pup, Daisy. We have been spending most of our days furnishing the house and making it look nice.

On the weekends we like to take Daisy hiking at the many trails we have found in the DFW area. We also like to go to basketball games as season ticket holders(Go Mavs!).

Why they chose this property

When we moved into the house, we realized that we would probably never have a use for the apartment above the garage, so we decided to rent it out! It is very private, but also allows for comfort in the form of someone being nearby just in case.

Arlington is a great area. It is right in between Dallas and Fort Worth, which means there are endless possibilities for things to do! It is also down the street from the University of Texas at Arlington and various shopping areas, such as the Parks Mall and the Arlington Highlands.

We LOVE this area!
