Single family home on 1/4 of acre offers 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, fenced in back yard with decks in the front back and off of the master bedroom, 2 other large bedrooms upstairs all have king size beds, cozy fireplace in the living room with floor to ceiling windows and surrounded by tall trees. Near Restaurants bars and shopping.

Short but lovely stay

We had to cut our trip short because of some medical issues, but the property was terrific and the communication was excellent. We hope to be back again to enjoy this spacious, comfortable retreat and the surrounding beauty.

Weekend getaway

It was really nice and clean, very homie and neighborhood was really nice houses are not to close together. Can’t wait to stay again, but want to take our kids and grandkids they will love it.

Mountain getaway

The property was clean, comfortable, and well supplied; everything I look for in a short term rental. It’s in a great location near Woodland Lake Park. The park has tons of activities that we enjoyed like fishing, disc golf, walking trails, and playgrounds.

I rented this cabin to celebrate my husband‘s 61st birthday and to celebrate Father’s Day for my 87-year-old father-in-law. We had a great visit, very accommodating, great location!! The cabin was beautiful!

Beautiful Cabin!

My family and I had an amazing time staying at this beautiful cabin. The cabin is in a great neighborhood and the location is surrounded by trees which allows for more privacy. The cabin was clean, the check in process was simple, and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Clean & Comfy. Made us feel right at home. Fireplace was great. Cooked breakfast and had everything you need. Definitely a must stay and will be back !

WOW. This was nice

A very beautiful place. We enjoyed our stay very much. Have a brother with a small place of their own in the area but, they spent most of the time while in Pinetop at this wonderful place. Most definitely a 10+.

Great mountain getaway

We were up in Pinetop for the weekend for a wedding and it was a wonderful place to stay - roomy and clean and beautiful views of the mountains ! We will be back! :)

Amzong cabin

This was such an amazing cabin stay-cation for our little family. Very clean and very beautiful home decor. They have a very nice welcome booklet to show the surrounding areas and activities also loved that the disc golf course is right around the corner. Was able to see some wildlife and squirrels in the yard it was a very nice experience definitely would rent again for our next vacation

Yearly Trip

We come up ever year for the Hogs and Hotrods Car Show that is put on by our very good friends so always looking for a great place to stay. The house was amazing and very comfortable. The neighborhood was extremely quiet which is always a plus. The only thing we would have liked was access to the outside water so we could have cleaned up our vehicles. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The Wells Family and friends.

Amazing

This rental was beautiful. The decor was beautiful and classy. The host even decorated with Spring touches. Owner communicated right away when we couldn’t figure out the fireplace. All the amenities we needed were there and the beds were comfortable. Because all the rooms have king size beds, the adult were able to play Goldilocks and pick the best bad for them! Would absolutely rent again.

Absolutely Beautiful

The house is clean, in a quiet neighborhood and absolutely beautiful. I wanted a relaxing Thanksgiving and that is exactly what I got. We made our thanksgiving dinner, played games and my grandkids loved being outside! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Shelden was very nice and easy to get a hold of. Meagan

Ski Weekend Get-Away

We booked this properly for 3 couples for a ski weekend at Sunrise. The furnishings were well appointed and every bedroom had a king bed (no fighting over which couple had to sleep in bunk beds). We enjoyed the wide selection of games provided while sitting in front of the cozy gas fireplace. We prepared all of our meals and appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked and the table size perfect for six. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable and high end property, I would highly recommend this home.

Labor Day Weekend

Had a great Labor Day weekend with friends and family. The weather was incredible and the house was a great fit for a group that wanted to spend time together. The large living room left plenty of room for the kids to play with toys while the adults talked or played games. The kitchen was sufficient for what what we needed. The dining room was perfect. We enjoyed evenings on the deck, and were happy to see nice big King beds in each of the 3 rooms.
