Don't wait for the elevator! Convenient, Ground Floor, Beachfront Condo

This beautiful, one bedroom, one bath condo is ideal for a couple or small family. It has a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area and two bunk beds located in the hallway, which are great for children.

Its ground floor location provides easy access to the beach, pool and grill area (no waiting for the elevator). The ceramic tile flooring in the living areas is low maintenance, while the carpet in the bedroom provides comfort.

Step out on to your own private balcony for a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and the gorgeous white sand beach. Since this is a ground floor unit, you can easily call family members in from the pool.

Due to the corner location, you can watch the sunrise from the patio. The window in the dining area, also facing east, adds to the spacious feeling of the unit.

My wife and I had a great stay. The condo is right in the middle of everything and walking back and forth from the beach to the condo was quick and easy (less than 5 minutes). We had a great experience.

Great Location!

This is a great location! We loved being able to walk right out the door to the beach. The view was amazing. There were plenty of dishes and cookware to use. Also loved being able to have the washer/dryer in the unit, super helpful for a family of 6. The only downside was it wasn’t super baby/toddler proof in the kitchen/living room area (would recommend owners to anchor tv and other furniture if possible). Outside of this, we loved staying here!

Photos fully represented the condo, but could use a few updates. Bedroom had a very musty smell. Kitchen was fully equipped,lovely patio with a beautiful view! Pool and hot tub were nice.

Perfect for Small Family

The bunk beds worked perfect for young children. The space was a great size and the first floor convenience was ideal. Easy to get to the beach and pool and close to several local food spots for lunches and dinners.

We enjoyed our stay, it was close to the beach and we were on the ground floor. It was also convenient to have a balcony. The only negatives were: hard bed, minimal toilet paper, no body wash or shampoo.

My family has been vacationing in the Orange Beach/Gulf shores area since the early 1960s. As a result, my daughter and I have always considered this area our second home. The 'squeaky' white sand beaches have been a major reason for our visits. The gulf is usually calm and the water clear, just perfect for the third generation of our family to grow up vacationing here.

Why they chose this property

We chose Four Winds due to its size and location. It is a low density development, only 36 units, most of them one bedroom units. Therefore, we don't have to fight crowds of people for space on the beach or by the pool. Also, it is close to the restaurants and shopping areas in Orange Beach without being right next to them. Convenient without the noise and traffic.
