Cutest Miami house! Private backyard, deck, garden, free parking, washer, and dryer inside. The home is equipped with everything you will need for a long or short stay. Everything is fresh and brand new. Stylishly decorated and close to great restaurants and shopping!
The entire house is yours. No shared spaces.
We stock the house with a starter kit of supplies such as toilet paper per bathroom, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, trash bags, a bottle of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap per bathroom, napkins, rolls of paper towels, and other amenities. There are many stores nearby if you require additional items. We can also offer a cleaning service and restocking of house supplies for an additional cleaning fee.
Any animal brought onto the property must be disclosed before booking.
$200.00 pet fee to be paid before arrival depending on type and number of animals.
Dogs must be crated when left alone on the property. Dogs must be taken off of the property to use the bathroom (poop and pee). Pee pads are not allowed inside the house.
Garbage days are Monday and Thursday. Bins must be placed along the road the night before after 5 PM and returned to the house when emptied.
