Over the Oaks! If you're looking for a stylish residential home that's centrally located in the city, this is it! Enjoy a relaxing stay tucked amongst a tightly knit series of homes with a nice view above the city's 400-year-old oak trees. Includes a full kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, in a 2-story home. One queen bed, a bunk bed, and a convertible couch to sleep up to five. Also included is a full kitchen, AC, heater, desk, Smart TV, deck with a view, and very fast WIFI! Book an in-home massage or private chef!

You'll be comfortable in the 960sf of living space, complete with two bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms on two levels. The master bedroom and bath are upstairs and the second bedroom and 1/2 bath are downstairs. The kitchen is complete with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher and the home features extremely fast internet speeds of over 200mps to get your work done through Zoom without issue.

The house definitely has a great view and convenience location. The host was very welcoming and communicative so that's a plus. I did feel that the house could have been cleaner and a bit more updated for the price. Also, the back deck did not feel safe so I didn't let my kids go outside too much.

Property was nice and exactly what we needed. Host was always in contact making sure we had everything we needed and provided ideas for adventure and restaurants. Would book again if we needed a place.

Great location and host!

This house was great for our trip. Easy, off-street parking, great entry/exit system. Everything was clean and lovely and there were thoughtful touches like extra blankets and plenty of towels. The host was very communicative, too.

We enjoyed our short stay in Thousand Oaks at this 2bdrm/2 bath. It was great for us and our son. Nice decor and everything we needed, plus a fresh oranges off their orange tree! The host was very friendly and responsive.

We were in town visiting family and friends. Enjoyed our stay. View from the porch is great. I had my morning coffee sitting out on the porch looking at the mountains. Cute place. Quiet neighborhood. Close to shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Good location

Property is in a pleasant neighborhood not too far from highway access. Great kitchen makes it easy to save on dining. Check in time is unfairly late and doesn’t jive with 10 AM checkout. Overall, well worth a visit.

Very good stay here!

I stayed at this house in April 2024. It was very comfortable with all the amenities. Easy access in and out of the house. Prompt responses from the host. quiet neighborhood. Driveway parking. I would recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in Ventura County.

Great place!

To start off Matt was great at communication and was awesome enough to let me check in a little early, the place is described accurately, looks just like in the pictures, place was clean! The view was nice and the area its in is safe, nice and clean neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again and with that i mean i would actually try to buy the property if i could lmao I left a few recommendations however forgot to add this *more table/family games would have been great and if there was more spices/condiments it would have been perfect* Downside is that if you are there to visit LA you are a little out but it is worth staying there! Matt, thanks for being a great host and having us there, looking forward to visit again and hopefully be able to book with you again

Great location, but needs TLC and a better cleanet

Pictures make the place look better than it is. Needs some updates and cleanliness improvements .i.e a rusty shower curtain rod, stained tub grout, dilapidated back deck, dirty table on the front porch, dirty sofa bed mattress, dirty linens for sofa bed, lacking basic amenities like facial tissue, blankets, lamps, water filter, hard to find at night without the house numbers on the house itself etc.. owners were very attentive to us,, but they need to be more attentive to the property. Could be nice if used some of the rental fees to improve.

We have addressed all concerns on the interior, and replaced the entire deck railing, and some stair treads on the exterior. Some of what is mentioned here are oversights on the guests part as many of these items are already there, blankets, water filter in fridge, lamps, etc. The house is very easy to find as it's in a regular neighborhood. We looked at the mattresses, and they are not dirty at all. To summarize, all has been addressed and we look forward to the opportunity to host :) Thank you!
