Excellent location in the famous Narragansett Pier. Quiet, peaceful, yet a short distance to Narragansett Town Beach and all that the Pier offers. Meticulously maintained 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home with an inviting backyard that is perfect for family cookouts on those warm summer nights. The upper level includes a family room, dining room and a well stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Please note that central air is only on the upper level. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and the other with a bunk bed (2 twins) and a full bath with tub/shower combo located outside the bedrooms in the hallway. The lower level holds two other additional living spaces/sleeping quarters, with a queen and full bed, along with the secondary bathroom with stand-up shower, washer & dryer, and a lovely bonus family room.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
