Very beautiful villa "Flores", 2 storeys. In the district of Monte Pego, on a slope, 8 km from the sea. Private: swimming pool (6 x 5 m, depth 140 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 7.4 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Villa Flores", 4-room house. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV, digital TV, flat screen, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer) with bar. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. Great location, but hazardous with regards to safety.

Stayed at several villas in Monte Pego over the years. Positive: Nice views Quiet neighborhood Short walk to restaurant Nice pool Clean inside the house Negative: No escape routes from the basement/bed rooms if there is a fire upstairs. Only one escape route from upstairs, which is the entrance door. I Find it strange that this is legal. Made us very uncomfortable. The outside tiles, tables, sun chairs etc were full of dust/dirt and we had to clean them upon arrival. Very steep road up to the house. The clutch on our car was burning afterwards, even though we are experienced with offroad driving. Ended up parking in the public road instead.

Bonjour , La maison est bien, pratique , calme et propre. En revanche au prix de 1400€ la semaine , il est inadmissible d’avoir des climatisations qui ne font pas d’air froid , alors que nous payons cher pour aussi avoir cet équipement , ici en Espagne .

Confortable et agréable

La maison est très bien agencée avec l’espace nuit en bas, les lits sont très confortable mais se ne sont que des lits une place nous avons dû rapprocher 2 lits ! Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’espace piscine avec une très belle vue et un superbe jardin ainsi que la terrasse en haut de la maison où nous avons pris nos petit déjeuner. Il manque un peu de vaisselle c’était juste pour une famille de 5 personnes … et terrain non clôturé nous nous sommes fait quelques frayeur avec le chien qui s’est échappé ! Mais sinon maison propre et très agréable avec beaucoup d’espaces différents. Proche de Javea et Denia et au calme. Je recommande cette maison

Mooie grote woning met een fantastisch uitzicht

Mooi, rustig en goed onderhouden huis met een magnifiek uitzicht over de rijstvelden. Mooi zwembad en fraai aangelegde tuin. 8 ligbedden en 3 terrassen. Kleine, onhandig ingerichte keuken. Zeer (te) steile oprit voor de auto. Ruime woonkamer met airco en een goede bank. Korte en steile trap naar de benedenverdieping waar de slaap- en badkamers zich bevinden. Slaapkamers zijn voorzien van plafond-ventilatoren met afstandsbediening. Huis is niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

La piscina genial, las vistas chulísimas. La casa normalita y la limpieza muy mejorable. Precisamente en tiempos de Covid se echa en falta una limpieza más profunda a la entrada en la cada. Relación calidad-precio justita.

Vue montagne et mer

Séjour fort agréable dans la région très chaude de Pego. La maison est tres fonctionnelle et l entretien de piscine deux fois par semaine. En revanche, at notre arrivée le ménage était superficielle, trouille d araignée ça et là ,sol sablonneux, pas de climatisation dans les chambre mais de simples ventilateurs et il ait des ustensiles de cuisine. (couteaux de cuisine, épluche légume....) en revanche l équipe Interhome a été super et nous a fournit ce dont nous avions besoin même le fer à repasser. Conclusion très bon séjour si vous n es pas les premiers.

Zweckmäßiges Haus mit kleinen Fehlern

Die Aussenanlagen sind sehr schön und zweckmäßig gestaltet. Für die obere Terasse fehlt ein Sonnenschirm oder andere Beschattungsalternative. der Blick ist toll und Dank der Lage Sonne bis zum Untergang. Innen ist alles zweckmäßig und ausreichend bestückt. Was deutlich fehlte waren, - funktionierende Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen - Küchenmesser (Es gab nur ein Brotmesser zum Kochen) Randnotiz . Besonders sauber war die Unterkunft bei Anreise nicht. Es fehlen Mülleimer in der Küche (nur 1) um den ganzen Müll so trennen, wie es gerne gewünscht wird, Fazit: Trotzdem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
