The townhouse is conveniently located only 10 minutes away from Downtown Denver, 30 minutes from Boulder, and 45 minutes from the mountains. Close to most major highways with easy access to everything Denver has to offer. Great for business, weekend retreats, families and kids!

Perfect condo for our visit to Denver - comfortable, clean, great location. Easy to get to different areas in Denver and to Red Rocks for a concert. Bonus to have brewery and excellent breakfast place within walking distance in neighborhood. Host was great and very responsive.

Granddaughter’s 1st Birthday

My daughter lives down the street from this property but didn’t have enough room to accommodate all of us for our granddaughters birthday party and baptism. We found this lovely home and it was perfect. The house was extremely clean. We would highly recommend this home!

Clean and comfortable

Sarah’s condo was just what my family needed and we settled in quickly. Plenty of space, all of the towels/toiletries/appliances/household goods we needed and more. The patio was a reprieve from the day, with a fire pit to roast s’mores on. Each bedroom had a comfortable mattress and extra linens. She was a responsive host. Overall great experience and would book again.

The Perfect Location and Much More

This townhome was in a very nice neighborhood which included a beautiful walking trail, brunch spot and brewery. It was right near a highway which made access to all of our vacations destinations convenient including downtown Denver, Red Rocks and Boulder. It was also a short ride to the light rail stop that too us right into Union Station. We had everything we needed including most kitchen supplies, linens, towels, and even some basics like sugar, some other basic spices, coffee pods, shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer. But the best part was the excellent communication with our host. She answered all of our questions and was always ready to help. Thank you Sarah!

Fantastic place

We had booked this townhouse to stay close to our daughter who just had their first baby. It was perfect! The location is great, the kitchen had nice cookware, the bedrooms are perfect and the use of the garage was an added plus. The ease of communication with Sarah what made this stay fantastic. We had concerns about the icy entry way after some snow. Within a very short time she had a bag of salt there and the Handyman,- who was very polite and respectful,- had already made sure to salt down the front. We will definitely stay there again when we are visiting with more than just 2 of us or for a longer time. I would recommend this property highly for any length of stay. We were there for over 2 weeks and felt right at home.
