This Gulfside pool home will set the background for a great vacation! The best of both ...Beautiful views of the open gulf yet protected dockage for the boater or fisherman can be had from this one location. Relax on the expansive porch or poolside and enjoy the ever-changing views from the flats to the open gulf and at the end of the day the sunset colors. If the breeze picks up the views are equally nice from the living, dining and kitchen areas! Not a boater but love to kayak? A great flat and shoreline are just yards away to explore by kayak or to have fun snorkeling! 2 two-man kayaks are offered, complimentary, for your use! The home offers 22' of dock space behind the lift (the lift is not available for guest use). You can hang over the end of the dock a little without encroaching on the neighbor and there is very little boat traffic past the house. Vaca Cut is just minutes away for oceanside boating, the gulf is within view!

The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths include a master suite, with a king size bed and a private bath that will make you feel like you are at a spa. The hall bath serves the other two bedrooms, one of which has a queen size bed, the other with 2 queen beds set up in bunk style (top and bottom not side by side).
The spacious and well-equipped kitchen can handle multiple cooks and dining can be enjoyed inside or on the porch. No smoking.
Pool heat is available in the winter months, optional and additional at $200 plus tax per week or $600 plus tax for a 4 week stay.
Travertine marble floors throughout are easy care. Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Gas Grill, Bait Freezer, Fish Cleaning Table.
