Peaceful, gated, private. Minutes from best shopping, restaurants & hiking!

Our Villa is spacious, bright, & open concept for large groups or families. Large windows with stunning views of the Redrocks.

Bedrooms are spacious, each designed with unique style- something for everyone's taste!

Cook in our fully-stocked kitchen (we've got herbs & spices, a stocked drink fridge, and a complimentary bar!) while you overlook the Redrocks. Eat meals together in our formal dining room with incredible views. Get productive in our office space overlooking the best views of Sedona.

We have everything you need to relax and recharge during your stay- Restoration Hardware Cloud Sofa in living room, soft
linens and blankets- fully stocked with extras of each, comfortable beds, serene peaceful setting- no noise from neighbors (only birds and insects in the garden!) yoga mats, meditation blankets, crystals throughout the house, waterfall and botanical garden with comfortable outdoor couches to relax and read.

Beautiful spot for a group of friends!

This is an amazing property that was fantastic for a bachelorette group (8 women all in our mid-30s). Stunning rooms and decor, small outdoor pool/hot tub, amazing kitchen. Super central location that made our weekend itinerary very easy! Only major caveat is I wouldn’t stay in the summer. The thermostat can’t go below 72 and the air flow starts and stops randomly (you can’t control it very well - it has a mind of its own). Half of my group had a hard time sleeping because it was so hot and the air would shut off in middle of the night completely. I would’ve expected something better given the price. If that isn’t an issue then definitely recommend!

Family Vacation

We had a great time at the vacation rental. We appreciated the cleanliness of the property. The view of the mountains is just as spectacular as the photos. Sunrise and sunset was amazing! The house was close to many hiking trails and local restaurants and shops. It was well equipped and met all of our needs. We would highly recommend!

Rejuvenating

The house, the views, the amenities, are all set up for full enjoyment and relaxation. It is so quiet and peaceful. There are many options to sit by yourself inside or outside and just take in the serenity of it all. We absolutely loved everything about the house. The owner was lovely to work with as well.

Stunning views

Great location - ease of access to many of the popular sites. Very clean and well equipped. Rooms were good. Lots of space to chill and to absorb the beautiful scenery than envelopes the house.

Enjoyed the stay

The views from the property were outstanding. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room. The outside area was beautiful, and the hot tub was perfect for the evening.

Great property poor communication

The property was absolutely gorgeous but we received the wrong lock box code from the host. I called and messaged the host. It was after 9pm till the host got back to us with the lock box code to enter. Check in time was 4pm. Everything else was wonderful and gorgeous views, just really disappointed for the cost that we could not get in on time.

Just perfect

This home is a stunner. The interior is perfectly, beautifully appointed and the views are unparalleled. We loved the open kitchen and had a local chef come prepare meals for us after foraging for ingredients nearby. Just exploring the terrain around the house was a treat and we enjoyed many local hikes as well. I recommend this property without hesitation. Very peaceful.
