A beautiful 2nd floor studio apartment in a newly built home in the heart of downtown Naples. Walk or bike to restaurants, bars, Baker Park and the beautiful City of Naples beaches. Located only a half mile from the beach and 5th Avenue. Close proximity to Tin City, Bayfront, Celebration Park, and Third. Private entrance to your own one bedroom, one bath studio, with a fully equipped kitchenette and washer/dryer. We provide 2 bikes, beach chairs, cooler, everything you need to enjoy a great day enjoying all downtown Naples has to offer.

Great Location

Cindy and Scott were great hosts! Loved everything about the stay!! Didn’t get our car out once we got there. Quick bike ride to the beach and places to eat nearby! Can’t wait to stay here again!

The studio was spotless and ideally situated, with 5th Avenue just a short walk away, which was a huge bonus. The host was outstanding, offering great local tips and providing a wealth of extra amenities. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Wonderful Stay!

We love this charming studio apartment. It was warm, immaculate, and private. The owners were proactive with a building issue and responsive with a question we had. The location was great. Driving distance to so many shops and restaurants. The beach was a brief walk through a beautiful neighborhood. We cannot recommend this location enough!

Naples Studio Room

Wonderful accommodations, quiet, cozy, farmhouse styled room with small refrigerator, & microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer. Very clean, comfortable and close to everything. We would definitely stay again! We did rent a vehicle and had access to driveway parking. Bikes were available as listed.

Location, location, location!!!

We could not have been more pleased with this space and location. It is new and clean and the location is close to downtown and accessible to major roads. We loved having bicycles to explore the area and nearby bike path. Having beach chairs and towels is ideal for daily beach visits. I would highly recommend this property. Our stay was a pleasant experience. And Naples is a beautiful place to visit.

Short and Sweet

We found the studio to exceed our expectations in cleanliness and decor. Bikes, beach chairs and umbrella were great for our beach adventure. A great spot for a long weekend or few nights while enjoying the liveliness of the Naples area

Adorable studio close to the beach

We made a quick trip to Florida and this place was perfect. Tastefully decorated. Ideal location to shops, beach and restaurants. Has a cute little coffee bar with a small fridge and they offer snacks and wine. They also had fun beach cruisers and beach gear. It was a great find. Park in the alley behind the house and that's where you access the unit.

Wedding weekend

Came in from out of town for a wedding. We arrived early and the owners happily let us into our rooms. The place is brand new and has a washing machine which I needed. The bonus on top of all of this was two bikes that we could ride into town on, less than 2 miles away. Comfortable, clean and quiet what more could you ask for.

Beautiful place!

We loved staying at this beautiful place! It’s right out of a magazine! Cindy responded quickly to any questions we had and was very kind. Naples is so pretty and very fun! The beach was our favorite spot and the sunsets were spectacular! We loved riding the bikes that were provided. They made getting to the beach really easy. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a Florida getaway!

Superb Stay!

What a darling studio! Every detail was thought of. Loved the coffee/snacks and shampoo/conditioner provided was a bonus. Everything was clean and decorated beautifully. Easy to walk through gorgeous neighborhoods towards downtown and bikes available for a quick "get to" ride. Our stay felt very safe and would highly recommended staying @ Cindy's!

Great location and stay!

Super clean place. Great location. Had all that we needed. The two bikes provoded were amazing to head into town or two the beach. I would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

Welcome to Scott and Cindy's modern farmhouse in beautiful Naples. We just finished building our dream house and want to share it with you ! We are a blended family with five kids, one granddaughter, and a friendly lab named Biscuit, who you may see on our front porch. Scott has lived in Naples for 35 years and Cindy is from New York and relocated here 9 years ago. We are both realtors and chose the absolute best location for our new dream home.

What we love most about this location is the accessibility to everything Naples has to offer, first of course is the amazing gulf shore beaches, boating, fishing, golfing, tennis, wonderful restaurants on Fifth Avenue, charming Third Street, great shopping. Everything you could possibly want for the perfect vacation! Hop on the bikes and ride down to the beach, take a walk along the beautiful Gulf Shore Blvd.

We have access to golf cart rentals (which are allowed in the City of Naples streets) and fishing charters. Please let us know if you need any help with this. We also are happy to share information about the area, our favorite restaurants (which we highly suggest making reservations for, especially in high season). Just ask, we are on premises and here for you ! Flexible check in and out.
