The Main Level:
Upstairs boast an open floor plan that allows the guest to socialize from all areas. Large chefs kitchen with high end appliances and two islands flow into the dining areas large round table looking at the Atlantic Ocean. In the family room, Sit Back & Relax on the Tommy Bahama sectional sofa and take in the view.

Off of the Family room is the Primary bedroom with a King size bed and private bathroom.
Lie in bed watching the morning news all the while taking in the beautiful sunrise from the comfort of your bed.
Upstairs Guest bedroom also flows off the large open socializing space. Complete with a queen size bed and private entrance full bathroom.

Walk outside to enjoy the expansive deck and enjoy the Florida sun or beautiful night air.
Dine outside at the six seat table or sit back on the reclining lounge chairs or couch.

Lower level:
Downstairs also has its' very own family room with panoramic views of the ocean, complete with comfy Restoration Hardware couch, two sitting chairs, coffee table and smart tv.

Located on the other end of the family room is a little quiet zone with its own private queen bed and direct ocean view.

Guest bedroom #2 has a King size bed, dresser, sitting chair and full bath just outside the entrance.

Guest bedroom #3 is complete with two full size beds, dresser, sitting chair and large closet space.

There is a queen size bed in a semi private cozy corner separated by a privacy screen. From this bed you have direct ocean views and a sliding glass door to the down stairs paver patio.
**We decided to do this instead of the original pull out couch.**
We made this decision after seeing our friends and family sleeping on the pull out couch in the middle of the living room with no privacy.

Walk outside to the shaded paver patio and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail.

The house is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including linens, towels, beach towels,
WIFI, 3 Smart TV's, 2-Sonos Play 5, Tankless Hot Water Heater (everyone gets a hot shower).
The fully accessorized Kitchen has everything you will need to prepare great meals.
Located in the garage, two washers and two dryers.
Main level and downstairs boast open floor plans.
