LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Charming beachfront 1 bed 1 bath apartment at Marbella del Caribe, the best and most popular building of Isla Verde Beach (best urban beach in the world according to USA Today). In the best location of Isla Verde, within easy walking distance to endless options for dining and nightlife. 5 minutes from SJU Airport ($9 Uber) & 15 minutes from Old San Juan ($0.75 public bus) . It has one assigned parking. Building has 24/7 security, tennis, basket and a beachfront pool.
Large parties: We manage other apartments in the same building also listed on Airbnb. Click on my picture (next to where it says `hosted by Beatrice` to find them.

Building has security cameras in common areas. There no cameras inside the condo.
Apartment has a key-less entry. We provide a code which will allow you to open the door. Building has security cameras in common areas. There are no cameras inside the condo.
All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
NO PETS: No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated, and you will be expelled from the property.
Stained towels & linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per bed sheet
Subletting not allowed
The building lobby is under renovation. Work is well advanced and expected to finish soon. This notice will be removed once complete. Noise from the lobby is minimal to none.
