"The house has a very unique deck in that there is a portion of the deck open so that you can get some sun in the lounge chairs. In contrast, the other side of the deck has an overhang so you can escape the sun and sit and relax. Very few houses have this dual purpose deck which a real bonus. Also, the house has the latest streaming TV option such as Roku which is an enjoyable activity at night."

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

This exceptional beach home has four bedrooms, two of which are master suites. Both master suites face the water and are complete with King beds.

The master suite on the first floor boasts a King-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom with spacious vanity area. Sliding glass doors lead out to the main gulf front deck.

A second bedroom on the first floor features a King bed, enough closet space, and a flat-screen TV.

The third bedroom (second master suite) is on the second floor and has sliding glass doors that open up to a private gulf front balcony, so you can sneak out here after everyone else has gone to bed.

The fourth bedroom is also on the second floor and is a playful space for kids (or adults) to hang out, watch TV, and get a good night's sleep. It has a modern bunk bed with a twin bed on top and a full bed on the bottom. There is an additional Queen size bed as well, to accommodate two more sleepy guests. Built-in wall storage provides plenty of room to store clothes, toys, and souvenirs.

The home features four well-appointed bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across both floors to maximize comfort and convenience.

On the first floor, the spacious primary master suite ensuite offers a luxurious retreat. It includes a walk-in shower, double sinks, expansive vanity space, and ample storage — perfect for organization and everyday ease.

Also on the first floor is a family bathroom featuring a practical tub/shower combination. While not directly attached to a bedroom, this bathroom is centrally located for easy access and can be shared comfortably by family members and guests.

Upstairs on the second floor, the secondary master suite ensuite boasts a walk-in shower with a glass door, soaring vaulted ceilings, and a beautifully designed vanity area with sink, creating a bright and elegant atmosphere.

The second-floor guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, a simple sink, and an elegant vanity mirror with coordinating lamps, offering both comfort and charm for visitors.

The open-concept living room looks out over the Gulf and has been recently updated with gorgeous furniture and locally inspired artwork. Sit back on one of the three plush couches or loveseats and take in the views of the water. Or, flip on the flat-screen TV and host a family movie night. Sliding glass doors lead from this sunny living room to the main gulf front deck.

The well-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare quick snacks or full feasts. Simply swing by the local grocery store and stock the full-size refrigerator and cabinets with your favorite foods. In some cabinets, you'll find kitchen essentials and all the plates, cups, and serve ware you'll need to feed a hungry group.

The coffee and tea bar is a charming addition to the kitchen and will quickly become your favorite way to start the morning.

Enjoy snacks or meals at the built-in breakfast bar in between the kitchen and living room, or get together formally in the dining room with the glass-top table and seating for four. Serve family-style dinners, or plug in your laptop, connect to the Wi-Fi, and get some work done before heading to the beach.
