3 night minimum stay availability for both low and high easons

Terms:
30% deposit at booking by check, non-refundable one week after posted date.
In the case of cancellation, deposit is refundable if Casa La Laguna can re-rent for the same period of time within 30 days
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival
Security deposit, by credit card, held open until inspection of property at time of departure.
