Enjoy a relaxing getaway to White Mountain in this cozy, dog-friendly condo. After a day of exploring, cozy-up and enjoy watching evening set over wooded foothills. When the weather is clear, head out to the patio and fire up the gas grill for a backyard barbecue. A full kitchen inside can handle any other home-cooking needs. Perfect for families, a guest room offers a twin-over full bunk and a regular twin. The primary bedroom comes equipped with a king bed and private bathroom.

We were looking for a pet friendly place near Black Mountain and this condo fit that description. We arrived late at night in a snowstorm so it was tricky to find and when we did find it, the key code was also overly complicated but ultimately we made it in! They provided good instructions but we struggled anyway. There were lots of notes and rules but that may be due to the condo complex and not the unit owner. The unit wasn’t as clean as other VRBOs we’ve stayed in and it wasn’t in great condition, but that might be why we were able to bring our dog so we’d still recommend it for dog owners / skiers.

The house was very nice. 2 bedrooms and bathrooms which was wonderful. Only complaint is there was no bureau to put our clothes into or stand to put suitcase on, also if we used both showers at the same time the water pressure was very low. Other than that everything was great and would definitely consider renting again.

Pro: Location was great, kitchen had everything we needed, LR was comfortable. Con: No dresser to store clothes once unpacked and closets weren’t usable. Had some water pressure issues.

Comfortable

This rental was not only adorable, but it was extremely affordable and comfortable. The master bed was very comfortable, and the rental is close to everything. North Conway and shopping was just a few minutes away, and Mount Washington was just as close in the other direction. Would stay here again, no doubt.

cute little condo!

The place was spacious, warm and cozy! Be sure to read the directions to locate the property. Nice quiet condo development. Note that this is a condo in a building with three others. Parking is easy and abundant! Wonderful location, near so much natural beauty! Fire place was the best part! And there's plenty of heaters beyond that

Not Clean

Upon arrival we immediately noticed that the condo was not cleaned . There was pieces of food on the floor at entry . Once inside the master bedroom there were crumbs on each of the night stands and bottle caps on night stands and under the bed . There was no toilet paper in the main bathroom . We also had to take a lamp from the master bedroom and put it in the 2nd bedroom because the light in that bedroom did not work and there was no light . Reached out to vacasa while they provided a partial refund it did not fix the fact that my family had to stay in a unit that was not cleaned .

Bad experience

I’ve used this service for years with glowing reviews for the properties and customer service from the host. When entering this property with my family we smelt an overwhelming smell. We tried several methods to reach our host and our issue was not fixed. It took over two weeks for a response to the issue with no resolve. I got .. it is what it is. The smell my husband discovered was creasolt coming from the stove that the last guest or cleaning crew left the damper open. The stove clearly had not been properly maintained as their chimney. The smell took over their property and there is no way the cleaning crew that was there prior to our arrival dis not smell this. We had to spend our entire first day/night ourselves due to the lack of accountability from our service eliminating the smell. It was so strong that we had headaches and looked for a hotel stay but everything was booked. We fixed the issue after closing the damper and airing out and properly cleaning the property. BUT this was not our responsibility as we paid for a clean rental. Our host and our their service they use should have came to clean and assess the issue while we left to enjoy our vacation. Beware… . Dated, and your on your own if you have a issue.

Cozy getaway

Great location, great condo! Spacious, clean and cozy! Love that it is pet friendly, even though we did not bring our dogs along this time (will keep this in mind for future trips). A few of the blinds need some minor repair and the kitchen could use a mixing bowl but was otherwise well stocked. We had a very comfortable stay!

We love the area. Close to so many things in different directions. We love going to the river during the day and out at night for dinner and entertainment.

Weekend getaway

The location of this home was within 15-20 minutes of skiing, dining, shopping and just beautiful mountain scenery. Very clean, peaceful and cozy. We would definitely stay again!
