Intervillas Florida - Villa Brightwater

Villa Brightwater was newly renovated in 2021 and is very bright and modern furnished. On 327m², spread on 2 floors, it offers space for 11 guests in 5.5 bedrooms.

The large heated pool with skin-friendly salt water invites you to linger. Of course the pool and lanai area is surrounded by a screen.

Each room has its own TV, in the game room even a PlayStation 5 is waiting for our guests. The Samsung smart TV's are equipped with Hulu and Netflix.

Quietly located on the edge of Cape Coral with a unique view of the mangroves. Villa Brightwater is right on the river - just beautiful. Explore the mangroves with the accompanying kayaks or take a boat out to sea.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

Great Spacious House with Lovely Views
