Esta es una de las raras propiedades de Beachside One que ofrece un balcón privado y una gran terraza privada para tomar el sol, ambas con vistas despejadas al Golfo de México.

El propietario no reparó en gastos en el diseño de este maravilloso condominio junto a la playa. La decoración luminosa y espaciosa en este condominio cuenta con muebles de lujo, accesorios eléctricos de diseño, pisos de baldosas y cortinas de pared elegidas con buen gusto. Televisores con DVD están en los dos dormitorios y la sala de estar. La cena para seis en la terraza o más de cuatro taburetes de barra de cocina se pueden preparar en la amplia cocina con sus gabinetes de cocina de madera oscura y rica, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de primera línea.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con ropa de cama cómoda, y tiene una gran vista de la playa. Otra cama king size ocupa el dormitorio de invitados. Ambos baños están bellamente decorados con hermosos azulejos, gabinetes personalizados y accesorios renovados. El baño principal cuenta con una lujosa ducha con azulejos, y el segundo baño tiene una hermosa bañera y ducha con azulejos. Location great within the complex, and the amenities and facilities are well cared for. Would recommend. Other than a slight miscommunication about getting through the gates (which was promptly resolved) - we didn't have any issues

Fun week at the beach

There we as plenty of seating at the table and living room for all of us and other family staying at Beschside 1. It was FANTASTIC to have a full size cleaning washing machine and dryer vs those small stackable that don’t clean. The beds were comfortable, too. Refrigerator did a good job of chilling. Only thing we didn’t like was the cooktop. We couldn’t work it! We could get the electronics to turn on but as soon as the eye was hot and started cooking it would turn off! Searched online, but couldn’t find the proper procedure .

We loved how San Destin is between the best parts of 30A and the area around the Harborwalk. The unit has a large porch area that soaks up the sun with majestic views of the emerald waters of Miramar Beach. The shower is SPA in of itself with powerful SPA jets that spray away the sand and sunscreen clean off!

Nice condo

The location and view is excellent. Access to the beach and pool is very easy. Parking is good and convenient. The kitchen is not well equipped and the bed mattress are not comfortable. Everything else is good.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was amazing! We loved the extended roof top balcony. The room you can tell needed some TLC but it was still a great vacation. The rug in 2nd bedroom and living room shedded which was annoying when it got all over your clothes but the washer and dryer worked great. The pool was great. Never too crowded. The beach access was easy. My husband for got his pool band twice ( in my bag waiting on me to come down) and got snapped at by property personnel. I get why they need the bands but the way you tell someone makes a difference. Overall wish we could have stayed longer!

There were just minor things like burnt out light bulbs and leaky shower door. But the place was very clean.

Great Place, Bad Checkin

The unit is great with only 3 units on this floor it is quiet. The view is unbeatable. However, the checkin experience was the worst I have ever had. I did not receive a gate code or door code until after many calls over several hours. The property managers make it intentionally hard to get a hold them. If you rent here, be sure they send you everything well in advance. Once in the unit though … very nice

Enjoyed Beachside One

However, the condition of the condo was not impressive and was not reflective of the pictures shown on the website. Rugs and drapes were torn and badly frayed, the master shower leaked terribly and cabinet doors were not attached. The Management Company understood our concerns and was helpful to deal with. We have stayed at Beachside One and Two many times and this condo was the least impressive of all. The property has been neglected. We would not stay at this property again. But we will continue to deal with Platinum Vacations.

The only downfall were the area rugs that were in the living room and bedrooms. They are horrible! Whatever they are made of gets all over the place. We had to buy lint rollers and the stuff was still all over us. A string of it also ended up in my son's eye.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed 4 months and were very happy with the unit and the interaction we had with the staff at Platinum, especially with Nicole and Aaron. The only issue we saw with it was the rug in the living room and master bedroom. They are unraveling and need to be replaced. We showed it to Crystal, and she agreed. This was our 3rd year renting and have already committed to next year. We have referred several friends to Platinum, and they have been pleased with the service.

Only complaint was maintenance being done on the pool the first day that we were there. It seems like they were just changing out a few tiles which I don’t understand why that could not have waited until November or December. And this was a very minor inconvenience but will not hinder me from staying here again!!

Great location

Amazing stay. Very convenient location right on the water. Exactly as described. Some of the wall fixtures in the master bath were missing/torn out of the wall but this was a minor inconvenience.
