Presenting "Time To Coast" - a newly remodeled townhome nestled in the heart of historic Seagrove Beach. This charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat is situated directly on Scenic Hwy 30A within the gulf front community known as Beachside. Discover the beauty of Gulf views from the expansive porch overlooking the pool, or take a short 100-yard stroll to reach the beach access. Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of 30A, with all its exciting offerings right at your doorstep.

The first floor of the townhome hosts two inviting bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with a sunroom just off the room that includes a twin bed with a trundle. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Two bathrooms are conveniently located on this floor. Upstairs, the living area awaits, complete with an electric fireplace and a dedicated coffee/wine room. The top floor also features a well-appointed kitchen and a spacious porch, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the coastal ambiance.

Seagrove is renowned for its undeniable charm and an array of exceptional restaurants. The bike path along 30A provides endless opportunities for exploration in either direction. Just 1 mile to the west lies Seaside, while 2 miles to the east is The Big Chill. Beyond The Big Chill, you'll find the enchanting communities of Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach, each offering their own unique allure.

Unit was great, clean, stocked, all as stated. Issue was the refrigerator wasn't working. Seemed fine when we arrived. But end day 2 it seemed like things were thawing/ice machine not working. So we tried playing with the settings to no avail. Contacted Wed AM. Food needed to be thrown out. Started working again Fri night. Unclear if someone had come out to look at it or not. No communication from the managing company. All we were told was a work order was placed. No comment if someone had come out, even after we reached out on Friday night to let them know that things seemed to be working

The Condo was covered in dead roaches - we found 8 under beds, in the closet and one bonus one in the washer. It's a nice layout, but the trundle bed is very uncomfortable. The kitchen supplies are rusted and old. This condo could definitely use a refresh.

Better Than Average

We arrived and one bed was not made, you guys promptly sent someone out to make the bed. There were three dead roaches, one in each downstairs bathroom floor, and one in the sunroom (side room facing the pool) which proves the exterminator is doing his job but I chalk that up to the housekeeper. Lastly, my friend and I fixed the ice maker, the arm had fallen off plus the tray was frozen and not making ice, but it's working now. We've stayed here before and would stay here again. Overall, a relaxing and pleasant experience.

Amazing!

This place is amazing all around! Beautifully decorated and all the amenities you need and very comfortable beds. The owners fell in love with the upstairs porch and you will too.. it's on the corner overlooking 30A one way and a view of the ocean the other way. I rented a bicycle from right across the street and I enjoyed venturing in every direction. And plenty of peace and quiet was found just a short walk across the parking lot to the beach! I give this townhouse all 10's! Thank you!

Basic beach condo

If you are looking for something affordable on the beach and don't care about fancy- this is the place. It has all the basic amenities you would need. It's a classic beach house! The only thing that kinda weirded me out was that bed spreads have a few stains and when we got there is dishwasher smelled so sour it could knock you out. But once we did a load on the sanitize setting it was fine! CoastalDreamin was awesome to work with! I will definitely find another property through them again.

Many Large Roaches

I was horrified by the number of large roaches in this property. The first night, I was a dead one in my room, looked for more and found a live one I had to kill. The next night my daughter’s friend had a dead one in her bed!!! There were more dead ones under the bed. On the last night there was a huge one in the kitchen. I could not wait to leave. I have never experienced a rental like this. It ruined my trip. I was terribly disappointed.

Loved this home

We loved this place. SO close to the beach you don't even need to pack a cooler, you can just run back to the house to grab something! It was cozy and plenty of room for my family of 3! I would love to get to stay here again sometime.

Excellent, would highly reccommend

Time to Coast was perfectly and centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do doing our short stay over New Years weekend. The unit is comfortable, well furnished, and well equipped in the kitchen if you are looking to cook during your stay. We enjoyed hanging out on the back porch balcony - its spacious with plenty of comfortable seating and patio table. You can see a sliver of the gulf and hear the waves from the porch. The outside storage has a sun umbrella, 6 chairs, and some beach toys for condo visitors to use. W would definitely stay here again.
