Welcome to 11th floor Gulf-front views at BeachCrest 1102. This 2-bedroom unit is the perfect choice for your next 30A trip - a great spot for a romantic getaway or for a family vacation. You're greeted with brilliant emerald water views from the second you walk in - and you'll enjoy an unobstructed view from your private balcony.

The crisp white modern kitchen opens to the main dining and living areas for effortless entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped to help you create some great food (and even better vacation memories!). There's room for 2 at the peninsula and 6 at the dining table.

Both bedrooms are outfitted with TVs and all 3 TVs in the unit have DVD players. You'll enjoy cable channels in the main living area and master bedroom. Your rainy day entertainment is covered! However, even a rainy day on the beach is better than a day away from the sugar white sands.

You'll feel on top of the world in this mid-rise condominium that hugs the Seagrove shoreline. Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. You’ll find no shortage of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Another Good Stay at Beach Crest

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at Beach Crest numerous times overs the past 10 -12 years. Ease of booking and offers the basic amenities, Wi-Fi, beach chairs, relaxing environment, minimal traffic and the availability of a few restaurants within walking distance. The onsite office staff was very welcoming and provided assistance in getting checked in. You come back to places that provide good service.

Great Beach Location

We loved staying at the condo. Everything was as described. It is located close to everything and having the beach chair and umbrella service is much appreciated. We will return!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a wonderful location on the beach. The beach is fantastic and the free beach service is great. The overall building is well maintained. Our unit was just as advertised, very clean an comfortable but the interior is just beginning to show its age (older furniture and electrical outlets and switches are old and showing ware). Would stay here again, but maybe see if another unit is more updated.
