We understand the importance of providing our guests with clean and well-maintained vacation rentals and regret that this was not demonstrated to you. We have addressed your concerns with our housekeeping manager and assure you all issues will be remedied before our next arrival. We have conducted a comprehensive deep clean and our maintenance team has addressed the issues with the washing machine and shower drain. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused! As for the master bathroom, we are happy to report there is no mold and the ceiling has been thoroughly cleaned. We have not received any negative feedback regarding our master bed mattress prior to your stay, but do apologize if you were uncomfortable.
