Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The room is very nice and clean. We love that there was a bathroom for each room. Any issue we had was resolved very quickly and they were very quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back.

Great condo - huge balcony!

Lovely condo, spacious, good location. Communicatuon with property company only by text and each reply seems to go to different person- alrhough all said "Mitch". So not great. Paid parking for only 1 car. Condo itself- awsome! Pool and beach not roo crowded.

The unit was large and clean. It’s the only 4 bed 4 bath ocean front condo and the balcony is massive! We spent much of our vacation out there. Would highly recommend!

The condo was very clean upon arrival. The layout of this condo is perfect. Everyone has their own space and the bathrooms separate the bedrooms for additional privacy! The kitchen was stocked with great cooking needs (nice pots, pans, utensils, etc). The bathrooms were very clean, quality toilet paper, and more towels than guests which is a big plus in my book. The beds were comfortable and closets had extra pillows and linens, if needed. The furniture seemed like good quality for a rental property which was great. The common areas (den and dining room) were huge with a big dining room table and plenty of den seating. The balcony was my favorite part! They had a nice dining table and seating with coffee table. All was very comfortable and quality made. The host was responsive, polite, and a pleasure to work with. The elevators were working and very fast! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Time!

We had a family trip and our stay was wonderful. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The booking process was simple and straightforward. We really enjoyed being able to wake up and see the water every morning right from our rooms. The balcony is huge and it has plenty of seating for all and the views are amazing. Parking: The main parking spot is only good for a smaller vehicle, but there is an overflow parking spot across the street for larger vehicles. We did not have any issues with parking our truck in the overflow spot. Any extra vehicles must park in the public parking right behind the overflow parking for an additional cost. Overall, we had a great time. Highly recommend and we will be back!

WOW.. what an incredible condo.

We loved this unit. It was clean and well kept. The rooms were all well appointed and comfortable. We spent most of our trip on the balcony. Its really something else. Thanks to the Warren Beach Rentals staff for being so accommodating, we will be back.

Absolutely best rental

This was by far the easiest rental I’ve ever had. Easy check in and check out. Very spacious, clean, plenty of amenities! We had an issue with the washer and Mitch responded within minutes and had maintenance over within the hour! Talk about excellent service! Having free chair rentals with our stay just made it even better! The spacious balcony was amazing and the views were gorgeous! They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is stress free and enjoyable! We will definitely book here again!

Condo was great. As described. Beach was gorgeous! Pool was average and fitness room was a disappointment. Owner quickly responded to questions and was very helpful. Parking garage is a nightmare and only one working elevator in entire building was terrible.

The condo is amazing.. The Parking can be a challenge, its tight if you're in a large SUV. . We always encourage guests to use the pay parking lot in front for any additional vehicles.

Black feet

Condo itself was nice, great location and looked just like the pictures, but it was dirty. Our feet and socks were black from walking on the floors, popcorn under the beds when we arrived. Stains on the one bedsheets. If they got a better cleaning company it would be a good place to stay. Parking spot in garage was very tight to get in and out of so it made it that you didn’t want to leave the condo. We parked in overflow lot across the street.

This condo is a DREAM!!!

We couldn’t be happier with our choice. A great value for the money we spent. Everything was exactly as described and clean. Kitchen was well- stocked . The balcony was huge and had plenty of seating, including a table with 6 chairs, which was perfect for our group. The gulf views were amazing!!! Washer and dryer was so convenient! We used Walmart delivery for groceries and it worked out great. We utilized the 2 beach chairs and umbrella that were included with our rental. Check in and out process was so easy and the communication between us and Warren Rentals was awesome. The condo was in a great location and it was easy to get to wherever we wanted. We honestly couldn’t have been happier. We are already planning our trip for next year and plan to stay in this beautiful and well-maintained condo again.

Overall this was a nice place to stay. The view was fabulous and the beach beautiful. However, unit was listed to sleep 12 and only had beds for 8 and dish set for 8. We were a group of 10 so good thing we brought a queen size air mattress. Also it was advertised as a family friendly place with requirements of being 25 and older. We feel there were lots of younger college students on spring break there. Two nights we experienced loud noises and once even had to call the police to break up a party upstairs. Is was disappointing there was no security guard or other staff to call 24/7. Also disappointing there was no office to go to for info. The parking is under ground in tight quarters and is a little unnerving for large vehicles or if you have claustrophobia.

Our stay

We did enjoy our stay but lots of issues with condo. No batteries for the remotes for the tvs called and they said they would bring them never got them The fan in one of the rooms did not work no response when I called/texted on it. The room was not cleaned good. We found a swimming suit bottom under a bed and the floors were filthy. Also toilet seat was broken called did not get a call back. Parking was a nightmare everyday had to have someone move out of out spot The weather and beach was beautiful. It was our first visit to Panama City for kiddos and it’s been years since I was there We want to go back again next year but we do not want to stay at the Ocean Ritz. Thanks

Were sorry you had parking issues at Ocean Ritz. Someone parking in your space is never fun.. But to spew that much hate on this unit because of your parking frustration is unfair, and simply inappropriate. We responded to your request immediately. All of the TV remotes were functioning and had batteries. You were using vcr remotes that did not control the tvs, and by the time we got there, you had crossed up all of the remotes. We check each tv during inspection, and they were all turned on upon your arrival. We also came back out on the fan.. The power was turned off to the fan on the wall. we turned it on, and pulled the sting on the fan and like magic it came back on. You never reached out to us for anything else, but this is a person that just complains for the sake of it. The unit was in great condition, and everything worked fine with the exception of the user of the devices. All of our guests make us happy, some when they stay, others when they leave.
