Our 3-bedroom house has the basic things you need for your East Palo Alto trip. The unit comes with heating, Wi-Fi, and self-check-in. During your stay, you can also enjoy using a convenient bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Our vacation rental is within driving distance of several popular restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. Our standard pet fee of $250 covers only 1 pet. Any extra pet would cost an additional $150/pet. The guest is liable for any damages caused by pets. The guest is responsible for cleaning animal droppings made by pets in the backyard, or anywhere on the property. The backyard is fully fenced.
Early check-in/Late check-out request:
Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.
Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 3 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $25 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 6.
Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.
Since we use third-party property management software, guests need to make their payments outside the VRBO platform. This software is approved by VRBO, and the payment method is secure. If you need more details, feel free to contact VRBO support. As part of the process, we'll ask you to send a selfie and a valid photo ID.
