Welcome to Sea Haven!

The perfect location and close to all that Corolla has to offer! Relax with the whole family in this peaceful location near beach access in a family-friendly neighborhood. Just 1 mile from Groceries and restaurants and other attractions.

Located between Duck and Corolla, Sea Haven offers all the entertainment and conveniences of the two towns. Shopping, movie theaters, golf, and restaurants are all in the nearby towns. The new Corolla bike path connects from Ocean Sands north to Whalehead. You can also enjoy the community Tennis court!

Come celebrate and experience OBX life as you chill out, unwind and de-stress. This home is a memory maker and will exceed your vacation expectations. This is a place you will return to year after year!

The cleaning fee includes ALL of your bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, enough paper products to start, coffee/tea, beach chairs, and serviced Pool and Hot Tub.

Sea Haven is family-owned and loved! Located in a private residential community with a preserved area surrounded by natural seashores and flourishing with native wildlife!

This house is located in Ocean Sands and includes access to Tennis courts and private beaches for Ocean Sands guests.

Tennis courts are a 2min walk down private roads or drive and park next to the court.

6 car parking in driveway. No RV's or trailers.

Other things to note: Fireplace is not available for guest use.

Want to beat the traffic?! We offer FREE 2 pm. Check-in to OUTDOOR spaces!
The cleaning crew will be on site until 3:45pm. You can use the pool, outdoor games, outdoor shower, and beach access.


Please note: If you have allergies or dislike sea grass, humid climates, flowering shrubs, sea mist, sand, rain, wind, sand crabs, surfers, kayakers, bikers, kids having fun, and dogs - then our place may not be a good fit for you. If not, we welcome you to stay at our house!

Note: We recommend guests purchase travel insurance if traveling during hurricane season.

Guests are required to sign our Renter Agreement in addition to any platform agreement.
Per platform policies, Good Day Getaways is authorized to hold a security deposit due to our API integration with their platform. The deposit will be held securely and released within 7 days after the stay, in accordance with platform policy, provided there are no issues.

Our group of friends, kids and dogs had the best time! The house was perfect and really well stocked. High chair, dog toys, beach towels, so many pots and pans. It truly had everything! It was a great location just a couple steps from a beach access and a quick drive to grocery and other shops. The owner was very accommodating and responsive.

Wonderful Stay!

One of the best places I’ve stayed in OBX in years! Super clean, cozy, short walk to beach, clean pool and hot tub, great neighborhood for riding bikes and walking, super close to everything. The owners were fantastic - we are staying here every year from now on and have shared it with all of our friends and family!

Relaxing vacation away

We absolutely loved staying at this property! Communication was easy and quick. The home was beautiful and in a very safe neighborhood. It was in walking distance to the beach which was also a plus! Great for families of all ages! We would definitely stay here again!

What a fabulous vacation we had! TOO short! I can not say enough about our hosts. We asked for and received a special accommodation and are so grateful. Exceptional communication with our hosts.The home is nicely furnished and equipped. It was only two adults and two pups but I can easily see it hosting the 16 mentioned. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware, glassware, utensils & cookware. I do suggest bringing the basics, oils, vinegars, condiments, coffee, sugar, creamers etc. At least the basics for the 1st evening and 1st morning. DO NOT GO TO HARRIS TEETER on a Sunday unless you want to pay 30 for a 1.5lb of cut fruit (I did not) and stand in a Disney type line for 15minutes to check out. Go to the food lion further north, there is also a nice seafood market and produce stand across the street.The beds are very comfy, lots of towels and beach towels available. Extra blankets, etc. If you use one, bring a blow dryer.The pool is fabulous, the water was chilly when we were there in August, but the weather had been cloudy and cooler. We were in the pool as much as we could be and used the hot tub each evening.The location is EXCELLENT!! Easy short walk to the very uncrowded beach. There are a TON of beach supplies, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards as well as a trolly to carry it all. Very close to the 4x4 beach to see the wild horses. My only disappointment was there is no live in maid/cook/masseuse. But I bet they'll find you one if you ask!!KLG&C

We had a wonderful visit! The home was very comfortable for 15 of us. Great amenities, great neighborhood and beach. We all had a great time in the pool, lounging on various decks and playing shuffleboard. Highly recommend for a large group!

Great family vacation

The house was as pictured-very nice and perfect for our group of 8 adults and 3 children under 9. We all had enough of our own space and the main level was spacious enough that we never felt too close. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and having 2 refrigerators was a huge help. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Getaway with family and friends

We really liked the location of the house being not too close to other houses. Really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Table tennis was a plus. Less than 5 min walk to the beach. The host, Scott, was very friendly and was checking on us regularly to make sure we were enjoying the stay.

There are not enough words to describe how absolutely I and my family were impressed by Sea Haven!This locations is absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to plan another trip to this location in the future. They thought of everything you would need for a getaway to include a ninja blender. The home has so much detail in ensuring a comfortable stay. Wonderful Time

I stayed at Sea Haven with a group of 15 that included six adults and nine children (ages 7-15). We also brought along our canine friends. Every one of us had an amazing time, and the house suited us all perfectly. It is conveniently located, very well-appointed, and has a charming ambience that’s pretty but comfortable. Most impressive was the responsiveness of the host. Though we didn’t need him often, whenever we had a question, there was an immediate reply.

Terrific house with its trifecta of cleanliness, amenities and dog-friendliness. My family of 11 (10 adults and one 3 yr old) had a super holiday. We enjoyed the hot tub, heated pool, and new shuffle board table. The kitchen was super-clean, well-organized and stocked (it even satisfied the chefs in our party). 5 minute drive to the grocery store and 7 miles to the 4WD beach. Quick walk to private beach access. Scott was very responsive and attentive. He is clearly detail-oriented and takes great care as a host. Will definitely rent from him, again.

Perfect for 16 of us!

The house & owner was great! It had the right amount of Space, bedrooms and bathrooms for 16 of us. The kids love the hot tub and the pool as well as the game area - ping-pong & the sandbox was a favorite. The outdoor shower and fridge was a plus as well. There is no view of the ocean, because there are houses and trees in the way. But overall, it was still a great outdoor space. The Walk to the beach was easy. The neighborhood was quiet and nice to walk around. The only reason I didn’t rate five stars on cleanliness was because they were a few shower curtains that had mildew and could have been replaced, and a vacuum or mop would’ve been helpful. Otherwise, the place was in great shape, had all the needed amenities, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend!

Overall we had a great stay at Sea Haven. The space was perfect for our large group and the short walk to the beach was great! We were concerned with the level of cleanliness of the outside area when we arrived - but the host was quick to respond. There was also an issue with the thermostat that, though addressed was not fixed during our stay. In the end, minor inconveniences and a great time was had by all! Thank you for having us!

Property had everything we wanted for our vacation. It was clean and neat and Scott did an excellent job of communicating and was quickly responsive to any need. Being able to use the outdoor pool and amenities at 2:00 pm on checkin day was a huge plus for us as well. The table shuffleboard, ping pong and corn hole games were huge hits with our family. And there were plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys for the beach, as well as floats for the large pool. Beach was never crowded and easy to get to and the location was very convenient to grocery stores, souvenir shopping and restaurants. The house was plenty big for the 12 of us, plus the dog. We had a great time. Would highly recommend.

Family rental at Ocean Sands

The house is spacious with good size rooms. The house has lots of stairs, consistent with the architecture in the area. The location is amazing, short walk to the beach with trees around surrounding the house. Short drive to grocery store and shopping. The owner is very responsive. We would stay there again!!!

Best Vacay in the Outer Banks

This house had it all! We had 11 people, with plenty of space. We all had our own on suite. We enjoyed all the amenities (pool, hot tub, and close proximity to the ocean). Scott was great to work with. We will definitely stay there again.

Great experience

Property owner was great at giving information way before check in. The whole experience was unforgettable. Nice and easy to check in and out.
