You and your whole family will enjoy this beautiful home on our secluded property just a four minute walk from the beach. Heated pool and hot tub make it a great place to visit year round. Community tennis and basketball court. No need to cross route 12 or any busy streets. Surrounded by trees, your beach home offers unparalleled privacy for you to lounge around the pool or hot tub and enjoy your vacation in peace. The pool is salt-water, which means it’s easier on the hair and skin. The pool can be also heated upon request (additional fee applies). Located in the exclusive community of Ocean Sands, Section D has private beach access which keeps the beach uncrowded and the soft sands pristine. Section D beach also has its own lifeguard on duty (in season only) for your safety. The beach house is big, bright and sunny, with plenty of activities for everyone (tennis, playground, games and more). Gas and charcoal grills as well. There is a tower sitting area where you can enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset or reading a good book. The house has 5 bedrooms (3 master), 4 bathrooms, a second living room area with SmartTV/futon, a private in-ground pool and outdoor shower. Two large decks allow you kick back and enjoy the sun, while staying close to home, or watching over your kids on our playground. A community tennis court is also one block away. The backyard has a bbq, picnic tables, swing-set and slide, plus plenty of sand for the kids to play around. For the golf lovers, we are right across the street from the Currituck Club, which is open to play for the public. We are not a big rental company. This is a family run business and we treat you like family. We are quick to respond if any issues arise and value the people who share our home year after year. We are confident that your whole family will enjoy this unique property and create memories that you will cherish for a lifetime. Great choice for a family of 10! Close to the beach and well equipped with booster seat, high chair, porta crib. Had some issues with the hot tub but property manager very responsive and very happy to help. Toys are mainly for older children- ours were under 4 but they loved the swing set and pool.Highly recommend!

The area is beautiful and the property is located so you have a lot of privacy. It's close to a grocery store and there is so much you can do for entertainment. We definitely hope to return to this area again.

We had a great stay! The listing was as described. Everything was clean - the house, the pool, the hot tub. It was also equipped with things for children that we did utilize (stools in the bathroom to help them reach the sink, wagons to carry things to the beach, booster seat attached to dining chair). The location of the house is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute from a Harris Teeter if you need groceries

We loved it!

We absolutely loved the accommodations. There was only one drawback. While the walk to the beach was relatively short it was a bit difficult carrying coolers, umbrellas, beach bags, sand toys, etc. up and down a good many steps. The beach was nice and not crowded.

Property was extremely nice and well kept. The walk to the beach is not bad at all but know that there are stairs to get up and over the dune. Nothing crazy, just prepare for 20-25 stairs.The property manager is very responsive and we had no problems getting what we need.Dont hesitate to stay here, everything you need is close by.

This home is impressive. Lots of room for all 9 of us. Every kitchen appliance you could ever need or want. Pool and hot tub were fantastic! Home is close to beach. Check in was easy and Eileen, Property Manager was great to work with. OBX is wonderful, but this home made our family trip outstanding.

We very much enjoyed this house. Close to the beach, heated pool, and the playground were all great for our young kids. The house did not feel worn out everything looked up-to-date and clean. Property manager was responsive and helpful.

This house was perfect. Quick walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub on the property. Extremely clean. Very easy to talk to owner. Next time we just need to bring an umbrella or something for shade. Highly recommend this property!!!!!!

Wonderful property, great pool

A good time was had by all! Easy walk to the beach, lots of time spent in the pool and on the breezy upper deck, big table to play games. We are three families with college and high school age children and other than a few runs to the grocery store, nobody got in a car all week. Property manager was nearby and easy to reach. Highly recommend.

Overall was spacious. Good location. Pool was a bonus. But we wish the umbrellas on the pool deck were more suitable. There were 2 umbrellas that didnt appear to fit the bases and therefore didnt provide any shade.

Oceans Sands is a great neighborhood and the house was a short walk to the beach. Having only one refrigerator was a problem as we had to keep our beverages in our coolers and continuously buy ice. Overall our family had a good experience!
